Placements: NIT Durgapur has a strong track record of placements. Many renowned companies including multinational corporations, visit the campus for recruitment. The placement cell provides student with ample opportunities for internship and job placements on campus.

Placements: The placements at NIT Durgapur is getting better day by day. For the academic year 2022-23 in our Electronics and Communication department, 88.37% of students got placed with an average package of 17.49 LPA which is quite impressive. The highest package in ECE department has reached a remarkable 51 LPA while the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Qualcomm, JP Morgan, Microsoft, IBM, Samsung Electronics, Bharat Electronics visits campus every year.

Placements: I'm still a 1st-year student, so I haven't really experienced the placement procedure, but the percentage of students placed from this college is quite high and was one of my reasons to join this institute. Most students start inteinternships 3rd-year summer, but you can start early if you want.

Placements: The quality of placements at our institution is commendable. Each department is Efficiently managed by a team 2 to 4 dedicated placement coordinators. NIT Durgapur is attracting top tier companies like Microsoft, UBER, JPMC, Adobe, Accenture, Atlassian etc.

Placements: So I am in my third year currently. The internship season is about to end, and so far, 15 out of 103 students have received internship offers. The number may increase, but not more than five. The top recruiting companies include Microsoft, JPMC, Well and Accenture in the teaching field, CESC, and Bajaj in the core field. The maximum stipend is INR 1 lac per month, and the least is INR 25000.

Placements: 97% placement with INR 67 LPA high and INR 8 LPA low packages; most of them are placed at Microsoft, TCS Ninja, and Amazon. There are the best companies for the IT section as well as core placements for electronics and communication engineering. Internships are held in the third year.

Placements: 97% of students were placed on our campus last year. The highest package was INR 67 lacs per annum, the lowest package was INR 8 lacs per annum, and the average was INR 13 lacs per annum. Placements: According to me, placements are good enough for the students born by JEE Main. You will get placements and interns if u are good enough in skills like coding. So you must have skills to get interns, you will be placed in this college if you are interested in coding.

Placements: I am now a second-year undergraduate student at NIT Durgapur, so I'm perfect to give this answer. In 2022, pass out student placements. The percentage was 90.06%; it's really amazing for us, and it seems to be where all the students are placed, which is great for studying here. The average package was INR 5.73 LPA, the highest was INR 18.9 LPA, and the median was INR 8.83 LPA. Something around this is such a motivation for us.

Placements: More than 90 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest, lowest, and above-average package depends on whether the student chooses to join IT or the core. Most of the students got internships from my college, and the companies are TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, etc.

Placements: In 2022, the number of students placed was about 85 percent in Mechanical Engineering, which was literally good, some students did not placed because they were going for higher studies. But this year 2023, students placed 82.21 percent and the highest package of this year was 70 Lacs per annum, average package of Mechanical was 8.9lakhs per annum and the lowest package was not good which is 3.6 Lacs per annum. Placements: Around 85-90% students get placed from this college. The highest package is around 55-60 LPA for CSE, average package is around 20-25 LPA for CSE, and the lowest package is 10-15 LPA. Microsoft and Amazon are the top recruiting companies. 60-70% students got internship for CSE .

Placements: About 80-85% were placed in CSE Department. Placements: I am a third year B.Tech student of NIT Durgapur Mechanical engineering. Well tal about the placement then 80-85% of student get placed every year and among remaining student most opt for Higher degree. In our core branch the average package offered is 8-8.5 LPA and the highest package offered was 22lpa. Top recruiting companies are TATA, Suzuki, Bajaj, John Deere, etc.

Placements: Almost 90 percent in my batch got placed last year. For my branch, almost all the companies come and anyone can sit for the company's exams if they don't have any backlog. Overall placements are good. Top recruiting companies are Atlassian, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, jpmc, Samsung, etc.

Placements: In this year I. e. 2022-2023 overall 84.66% of students were placed and the average package is 13.62 LPA. In our department, ECE total of 88.37% of the students were placed and the average package is 17.49 LPA. And from the 2021-2022 batch, a total of 96% of students from ECE were placed. Placements: Placements were average with circuital branches having higher rate of placement. Top roles offered included roles of management, consultancy, IT, etc. The highest package in our branch was 18lpa for CSE and it was about 54lpa overall. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, PWC, etc.

Placements: Students in their 4th year are eligible for on-campus placements and for internships in their 3rd year. The Career Development Center of our college offers various internship and placement opportunities for students. Companies like Bajaj, John Deere, Tata, and Reliance Industries visit our college for placements. The highest package offered is around INR 15 LPA, and the average package is around INR 9 LPA. 80–85% of students from the mechanical engineering department are placed every year.

Placements: The metallurgical and materials engineering is good, with a total of 74 students and an average package of INR 11 lacs, with ninety percent of students being placed. Core as well as non-core companies come for the placement, and depending upon our wish, we can choose whatever companies we want to go to.
