One of the best college if you prefer CSE branch.

Placements: Placements for ECE branch is quite good. As there are no such core placements, you just have to take the software placements. If you want to go in core companies then better do GATE preparation and if software then it would be much better to have a strong command in coding.

Very good placements in the year 2017.

Placements: The placements of our college are good. This year the highest package of our college was 39.3 LPA offered by Adobe, and the average package of the computer science students is about 8 LPA. The placements of computer science students are about 93%. We have a training and placement cell in our college, in which they provide information about the placements and internships.

This college is very good for the B.tech student because of placement, faculty, extracurriculars.

Placements: There are different company coming for placement but very few companies are allowed to take part M.Tech student, means placement for M.Tech students are very less. But you can easily complete your master degree with others exam preparation like GATE IES, Jen.

The college has a very nice infrastructure, it is well-built and nicely designed.

Placements: The placements are good enough to get a good startup earning. If one is smart enough, then he/she may get the above average placement. The salary package depends upon one's hard work and talent. There are many good and reputed companies in which the students get placed.

It is NIT, and it justified its name. The faculty and the infrastructure are good.

Placements: There are average placements, but it is much better than other private colleges. The placement percentage is about 70 to 80 percent. The location is a factor which is adversely affecting our placement records, but still, it is good. The placements are better this year than that of the previous years. The average package offered in the core branches is 4.8 LPA, and in non-core branches, it is about 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The highest package offered this year in the off-campus placements was 80 LPA for C...

Good college. I think the students with ability will have to take admission.

Placements: The college is good for B.Pharmacy students. The college and faculty members give a good opportunity to the students. The placement in this college is none, but we have to go for industries for the placement. The college principals names are very nice, and indeed they help students how to achieve their aims.

It's the choice of your career. Beware what you opt for.

Placements: Placement are very mediocre with depressed student placement cell. Students have no hope of getting placed anywhere close to a "satisfactory" job. Stay away. Future is in dearth here. Also if you want any off campus opportunity, the college tag won't do any help.

NIT HAMIRPUR at glance -its beauty.

Placements: In CSE if your coding skills are good then minimum 6 LPA and maximum may be 30 LPA (Adobe) or 30+. Lots of company visits there every year and there's nothing worry about placement if you are from Computer Science engineering and always try to develop your coding skills and college faculty members are smart enough and very interactive and frank. All your doubts will be cleared.

Being a final year student, I can easily say that I've had an amazing experience in this college.

Placements: I would like to give a brief insight on the placements of all the branches as well as the internships received by the students through the college. As far as the internships are concerned, a mere few students (2-5 at max) receive internships through the college. Personal contacts and applying through the internet are the sources which students rely on for internships. However, the reputation of the college is a great help when applying online. For the placements, I'll start with the core branche...

NIT Hamirpur- A Perfect Technical Institution.

Placements: About 75% of the total students of each branch got placement in different MNC's every year. About 50 MNC's visits NITH for recruitments. They also recruit students of 3rd year for Summer Internship Programme. Recruitments for every branch starts from august onwards. Above 30% of students are getting more than one placement. Almost all eligible students are placed in companies of national and international repute under campus placement. In every branch about 15% students crack various post gradu...

Placements and infrastructure of NIT, Hamirpur are good, and this is the best place to study.

Placements: The placements are good on the campus. Reputed companies like Leyland, Hindustan, and Zinc Limited visit the campus for placements with an increase in the average package every year. Every year, computer science students get double placements. Students from my batch are in every field like in government sector, NGO, education industries, production, and services.

Good placements but connectivity is too poor because of the mountains.

Placements: The placements are good. You will find Samsung and Jugnoo giving a maximum package of 14 LPA, but If you expect more, you must apply off-campus. All other companies give a package of 5 LPA-10 LPA. Almost all get placed in campus placement by mass recruiters. The placements are not good for low pointer students.

Good atmosphere and satisfactory facilities.

Placements: The placements are very good in our college, and every year in CSE branch 90% of the students get placed, and the average package is around 5-6 Lacs per annum. Maximum package this year was 20 Lacs per annum by Jugnoo and minimum was 3 Lacs per annum by LTI. Whereas in case of internship only a few students get the internship through our placement cell. JP Morgan selected one student with stipend 50,000 this year from our branch.

If you are nature lover and can study by your own this college is the best place for you.

Placements: The placement in the college is good or moreover satisfying. This year the highest placement was given to Sikhar Srivastava- 75 LPA, CSE 4year (IIIT Una ). While the packages in other branches are also satisfying, in chemical the highest package was of 22 LPA. In civil department placements are not so good as compared to other NITs it's okay. When you are talking about placements, it depends on the student rather than on the college. CSE packages are good from here and most of the NITs while tal...

One of the best campuses in India with the freedom to innovate. You will get lots of free time here.

Placements: Placements here are below average. Most of the companies visiting here are the IT companies because there is no nearby airports or railway stations. Therefore most of MNCs avoid visiting here. The highest package received here is above 25 LPA. Sometimes, it depends on your luck.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. There are lot of companies come for recruitments every year. Some of them are MNCs like Samsung, Wipro, Bosch etc. And some of them are startups like Jugnoo etc. On an average 90% of the students get placed every year with the average package of around 6 Lacs CTC P. The 2nd most beautiful campus in India.

Placements: The placement opportunities for CSE and ECE students are good. Only a few companies visit for architecture students. However, it is easy to find a job for yourself in architecture outside the campus. In architecture department, only 3-4 people are placed on the campus annually. They are placed in multinational companies like Taj, L&T, etc. Some students have also open up a start-up and have been successfully running it.

Need an improvement in placement.

Placements: NIT hamirpur is one of the most prosperous institute of engineering in india. If I talk about present condition of placements in Nith then it is fine but not excellent. It has improved far better but I think due to location of nith placements are affected. But this does't means that there are no placements. From every branch every year average placement percentage is 70. However here students are not offered more packages. Many of the students manage their interahip programmes. It is not the iss...

In chemical stream 6 students get selected in reliance petrochemical with packages started from 3 Lacs to 8 Lacs also. Some chemical students also selected in IT sector.

Placements: For the B.Tech students, the placements are good. Almost the whole batch got placed. But there are few companies and universities for the M.Tech students. There are no good placements for the M.Tech students. Most of the companies prefer the B.Tech students to M.Tech students, so there are a few placements for the M.Tech students.
