Placements: Placements were good on the campus. Last year from CSE, 89% students got placed in different companies. The maximum package- 17 lakhs and the minimum package- 4 lakhs. The campus also provides internships to a few students only. Usually, students face problems in getting internships from the campus.

Placements: Talking about placements of the previous batch, almost more than 90 % students from the CSE department got placements. Talking about the overall college, placements went very well in all departments. Companies from all over the country like Drishti Software, Wipro and many others including multinational companies like Samsung visited the campus and recruited a large number of students. Placements: The college has an okayish placement record with a better package of branches which include mechanical and computers on positive. Although civil, electronics and electrical have a poor placement and not a very promising faculty members. The college has a good infrastructure which will cover up for the prospects.

Placements: The highest package offered was 17 LPA, the lowest package was 3.25 LPA, and the average package was 4.5 LPA. The percentage of students placed was 92%. The major recruiters were Amazon, Johnson and Johnson, Technip, Polaris, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The roles offered were mainly of analysts, software developer, and graduate trainees. Few internships were offered by the college.

Placements: The placements of NIT Hamirpur are very good. 79.58% of the students got placed in the year 2015 and the highest package offered was 16.85 LPA. Last year, 81.75 % students got campus placements. The highest package was 16 LPA and the average package offered was 5 LPA. Many companies visits our campus during placements. Placements: The 1st batch has passed out recently and 20 of them got placed in core and non-core industries, i.e., around 40%. The best GATE result in the college was given by our department. 26 students got a rank below AIR 500. Since it was the 1st batch, not many companies visited the campus but called the students for off-campus selections.

Placements: The placements in NITH vary from department to department. For CSE department, the placement is quite good. Previous year, 75 students got placed in a batch of 90 students. The average package is around 5.5 lpa. The highest package is 22 lpa this year offered by Jugnoo. The lowest package is around 4 lpa.

Placements: Every department fetched more than 70% placement with CS highest (96%). The average package was 4.5-5 LPA while the highest was 16LPA. In our senior's time, the scenario was little better with a high percentage of placement. The average placement package for ME, EEE, ECE and Civil was 4.5-5 while that of CS was 6 LPA. Moreover, PSUs like BPCL, HPCL and IOCL also visited our college on a regular basis.

Placements: The placements in the college are quite good, especially for branches like CSE and ECE. Companies such as Adobe, Cipla, Polaris, Capgemini, Oracle, EXL Services, Futures First etc. visited the campus regularly and recruited students. The highest package offered on the campus is different for different branches but usually, it is around Rs. 14 lakhs. Placements: Placements of our college are the best. Around 80 percent of students are placed. Companies like Larsen and Turbo, Hero, Ramboll and Infosys visit our college. A package of average 6 LPA is offered to our seniors. Roles like that of a junior engineer trainee and relationship executive are offered.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. About 30-35 IT companies visit every year. We have 95% placement in CSE but placement for other branches are not so good. MNCs like Samsung, Wipro, Snapdeal, Amazon.in, Oracle, etc. visited the college this year.

Placements: Placements are good in each branch depending on the market. As there are always ups and downs going on in the market, so there is always a possibility of change in the consistency of the placement rate. But there is a surety of at least 60-70% placements for each branch and sometimes it reaches above 90 as well.

Placements: Placements for computer science and engineering have been really good for my senior batches. There is nearly 100% placement for this branch. The highest salary offered for the last batch was 28 lakhs by Adobe and the lowest salary was around 4 lakhs by TCS. The companies visiting are Adobe, Samsung R&D, Polaris, Capgemini, UHG, Drishti Solutions, Oracle, Sapient, Futures First, EXL services, HSBC etc. The average salary is around 5-6 lakhs. Placements: Placements are quite good. There are several visiting companies like PNG Baddi, Cipla etc offering high packages to people clearing the aptitude test and having a good CGPI. The maximum package offered for a chemical engineer is 9 lakhs per annum and the minimum package offered is 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Placements: Approximately 50-60% students are placed every year from the civil department. Placements for the senior batch was good. Some high-level companies like L&T and Wipro often visit and offer PPO to the students studying in the 3rd year. The highest package offered for the civil department is 6-9 lakhs approx. and the minimum package is 3.5 lakhs approx.

Placements: Placements of our college are very good. 80% of our college students are placed every year. A lot MNCs come here for placements as well as internship purposes. The average package is 4-5 lakhs. and companies also give a PPO(pre-placement offer) to students if they work well during the internship.

Placements: The placement stats here are good for the CSE branch. Almost 93% students got placed i.e. 100% of which are eligible. More than 80 companies visit the campus every year for the requirements. 100% students of NIT Hamirpur get the internship every year. The highest package for this year's batch was 16.9 lakhs by Drishti Soft.

Placements: I am from CSE branch. In our college, a lot of companies come for the purpose of placements, and almost all students are placed every year. Placements of other branches are also good but in CSE are much better than others. Companies also come here for internship but as compared to placements, internship ratio is very low. But finally, we can say that National Institute of Technology Hamirpur is the best or CSE.

Placements: Placements here are good enough mainly for CSE and ECE students. For CSE, the average is about 6.5 LPA. The highest package goes up to 19 LPA and the highest packages are offered by Drishti, Quizzes and Samsung. Placement in Samsung was awesome. 10 were placed at 14 LPA.

Placements: The placements are good this time. About 58% of our batch of electrical and electronics engineering are placed till now, and there is one more semester left. Talking about other branches, CSE, ECE and mechanical also have a very good placement record. One of our CSE students got a package of 75 lakhs per annum, the second highest package among all the NITs.
