NIT Hamirpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: In our college, about 50% to 60% of the batch are placed, and 20% to 25% go to government jobs and higher studies. More than 90 companies are visiting the campus. Top recruiting companies in our college are Deloitte, Capgemini, Oracle, and Paytm. Maximum roles are for software engineer, data scientist, and In public sector.

Placements: I don't know about the exact percentage but most of them were placed with average package of 6-8 L. P. A. Maximum packages were bagged by computer Science students and the packages were 151 LPA, 105 LPA, 112 LPA, etc. with their placements in big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google and many more.

Placements: The highest package offered in our branch is 10.5 LPA and the recruiting company is JSW. Placements in NIT hamirpur are really good as around 60-70 percent of students get placed every year. The average package is around 6-7 LPA and the highest package can go upto 20-25 LPA. Mostly recruiting companies are from IT sector and some companies are from core too.

Placements: A total of 90% of students got placed in our course of CSE. The highest salary package is 1.09 CPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Samsung, IBM, Oracle, and Infosys. Most of the students got internships in the domains related to software engineering, data science, AI, and ML. About 75% of students got internships in our course.

Placements: According to paperwork in our college there is approximately 80 percentage average placements get placed in our college. As I am in civil engineering department and in our college approximately 45 percentage of placement is there. Top companies are Amazon, Asus, Intel, Google, Microsoft etc.

Placements: The average percentage of placements in our college is approximately 80%. As we are in the electronics and communication department, there is an average placement of 75%. There are top companies like Qualcomm, Intel, Amazon, Asus, Infosys, Reliance, etc.

Placements: Companies like Asus, Data Science, Intel, Amazon, Flipkart, and many others are coming to recruit students.

Placements: Our college receives approximately 80% of average placements. At our college, approximately 45% of placements are in civil engineering. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Asus, Intel, Google, Microsoft, etc.

Placements: Placements of this year is much better than the previous years stats, and many of the prominent companies come in our college and they were really happy to recruit engineers from our college. The highest package is about 1 crore and the roles offered are management, analyst, software developer and much more.

Placements: We have a Training Placement Cell which is responsible for placement and training in college. Every year various multinational companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Wellsfargo, Delloite and Wipro come for placements as well as internships for 3rd year. Almost 70 in all branches get placed.

Placements: Placement of student are just good through on-campus placements but students do get off campus placements with more packages, Average package offered at the campus is around 10LPA. The top companies that come to the campus are Samsung, IBM, Paytm, Wellsfargo, Gap, and Microsoft. Students get mostly software engineering roles from the companies. More than 95% of students get placed every year from the computer Science department.

Placements: Civil engineering is the oldest branch of this college. Nearly 80% of students get placed every year in the core companies from this branch. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. L&T, Saint Gobain, and JSW Steel are the top recruiting companies.

Placements: Placement for the students varies from branch to branch. The top salary package is mostly offered to a CSE student, but all the branches get the average placements. Recently, some students got a salary package of above 1 crore per month in the foreign. It has a placement cell.

Placements: Many students got placed well in our college, especially from the CSE branch. The average package offered is about 20 LPA. Many companies like Amazon, Larson & Toubro, JSW, etc., arrive at our college.

Placements: The placements for my batch are not started yet, but approximately 70% of final-year students were placed last year. In mechanical engineering, the highest package offered was 35 LPA, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA, and the average package was 6 LPA in companies like Bosch, Maruti Motors, L&T, etc., for roles like trainee engineer, analyst, developer etc. Almost everyone got internships in different companies like ONGC, NTPC, Maruti Motors, and institutions like IITs, IISCs etc.

Placements: Since past 2 years, the placement scenario hasn't been very appreciative because of the pandemic. As civil engineering is a study, that you'll only become proficient in with practical works and site visits. Due to COVID, these things have not been possible. But before that, alumni were getting good placements.

Placements: The maximum percentage (99.99)of students are placed in NIT Hamirpur Electronic and communication engineering branch. 1.5 crores+ is the highest package of NIT Hamirpur and average package is approximately 10-11 LPA of ECE branch. Praoblbly all the top recruiters visited here.

Placements: Mechanical core placements are weak now as companies do not hire many students in the core sector. So, this results in getting job titles like business analyst and software engineers. Even if you're from the mechanical branch, you can get placements easily in companies other than core.

Placements: The placements in the civil department are moderate with average packages. The placements for other branches such as computer science and engineering, and electronics engineering are better, and students also get good packages in those branches, but civil students got average packages. In civil, one good company that comes here is Larsen and Toubro.

Placements: In CSE and ECE branches, almost all the students are placed. More than 90% of the students get placed on campus. Rest other branches have poor placement records. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 crore, and the lowest salary package offered is around 4-5 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 8 LPA.
