PU-CET (PG) Question Papers: Solving PU-CET (PG) previous year question papers and mocks is a key aspect of the PU-CET (PG) preparation process. It would help a candidate get well-acquainted with the exam pattern, type of questions, marking scheme and difficulty level of the question paper. PU-CET (PG) 2024 was conducted on June 15, 2024, and June 16, 2024. The questions were asked from General Knowledge, Verbal/Reasoning ability, Data interpretation, Commerce & Economics and Information Technology. PU-CET (PG) will be conducted in pen and paper mode and the duration of the examination will be one hour and thirty minutes.

Q:   What is the format of the PU-CET PG question paper?

A:

The PU-CET PG question paper is usually divided into multiple sections, depending on the subject. Each section consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), or descriptive questions, as per the exam pattern mentioned in the official notification.

There are five sections in the PU CET (PG) question paper, i.e. Commerce, Economics, IT, Verbal ability/Reasoning and General awareness. There is a total of 75 questions spread across these five sections. Each question carries one mark each and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Q:   How many questions are there in the PU-CET PG question paper?

A:

The number of questions in the PU-CET PG question paper may vary depending on the subject. However, for MBA, the PU CET (PG) question paper has 75 multiple-choice question. These questions are spread across the five sections of the PU CET (PG) question paper. Each question carries one mark and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. 

There are four choices for each question in the PU CET (PG) exam and the duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

No, electronic devices such as calculator, laptop, mobile phone, tablets, electronic/digital watches, etc. are prohibited in the PU-CET (PG) exam centre.
