Our college provides great placements.
Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in the mechanical branch but all of them are not placed in core companies of which 10% of them get placed in the IT sector. Students get good internships in their 3rd year. Students have to participate actively in the placement process.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is above average. Labs are good and the library is great. Hostels are average. Mess food is not great. Sports facilities are manageable. Gym is not good in our college. Wi-Fi speed is average. Air-conditioners are not provided in the hostels.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are great, and students can choose the professors. The course curriculum is up-to-date. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 50%, which is way higher, and internal marks will be 50%. Students have to maintain good scores from the beginning.
Other: I chose this course because of my genuine interest in mechanical engineering and I had a good learning experience and practical learning. Fests are not organised in our college.

Not very happy nor too dissatisfied a lot of self input is definitely required to cope up.
Placements: I am pursuing my studying, and placements depend on an individual only, but for data sake, I would say appropriately 90% students get placed. As I said, it depends entirely on the individual on how sharp that student is or how skilled that particular person concerns the requirements.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is average. Definitely not a world class infrastructure, the education blocks and research infrastructure are good, and the hostel is okay. The college canteen doesn't provide proper food.
Faculty: Faculty are very approachable and helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable, both general blackboard and chalk teaching and presentations methods are used for teaching. The college provides industry exposure for the mechanical and civil department. Majorly and a lot of clubs are there to get internship and industry exposure.
Other: Events and fests are very fun-filled and tech-filled too.

In 2015, the placements were good on the campus.
Placements: In my batch, the placements were well and good. Most of the students got placed in TCS(1212), and some got placed in the core companies(their field of study or interests). The automobile industries such as Hyundai, Ford Motors, Ashok Leyland, and IT firms such as TCS, HCL, Infosys, Zoho, Microsoft and much more visited the campus for the recruitment of the students.
Infrastructure: The university provides the free Wi-Fi for all the students, and in addition to that, the access to science-direct, nature and the other journals were helpful in the paperwork and enriching our knowledge. The food quality is good, and the hostel rooms were nice, but it could have been better.
Faculty: The faculty members were helpful, and a few among them are extraordinary in the teaching methods and the way they make us see the big picture was impressive. The board, presentation type(PPT) classes, and the conference hall were used for the better understanding. The lab classes helped us in knowing things better way since we see it in a real-time scenario.
