SAEEE 2025: Registration, Application Form (OUT), Pattern, Syllabus, Question paper and More

The Sathyabama All India Engineering Entrance Examination or SAEEE will be conducted by the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. Candidates will get admission based on SAEEE scores. The exam will be a gateway for admissions to various B.E., / B.Tech., / B.Arch. / B.Des., programmes offered by the University. The candidates will be shortlisted and called for SAEEE 2025 counselling, based on their performance.

Candidates can access the SAEEE 2025 application form online for every Phase on the official website. No other mode of application is accepted by the authorities. The dates for SAEEE 2025 registration are available on the official website. While filling out the SAEEE application form 2025, the candidates will have to fill out their personal, academic and contact details. All of the filled-in details have to be valid. SAEEE 2025 application form has to be paid online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (challan submitted at any one of the Indian Bank branches). After the final date, the authorities will not accept any applications. 

SAEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

BE / BTech Programmes (OTHER THAN BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL)

• A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or “6.0” CGPA.
• A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).'
• Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

BTech - BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL PROGRAMMES

• A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or “6.0” CGPA
• A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above(in Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).
• Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics or Biology, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

BArch PROGRAMME

• A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum average of 60% marks (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) and a valid NATA score (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with an average of 80 marks out of 200.
• A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or “6.0” CGPA.
• Candidates opting for this program should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

The authorities will release the official SAEEE 2025 syllabus. The details regarding the subjects, units and topics that have to be studied for the entrance exam can be checked through the SAEEE syllabus 2025. By knowing the syllabus beforehand, the candidates will be able to understand which questions and important topics may be present in the question paper. SAEEE syllabus consists of topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 

Candidates are advised to check the official SAEEE 2025 exam pattern to understand how the entrance examination will be conducted. Through the SAEEE exam pattern 2025, the candidates will be able to check the details regarding the examination mode, duration, type of questions, marking scheme and more. By knowing the exam pattern beforehand, the candidates will be able to prepare well for the exam and have a higher chance of securing the scores required for admission. All candidates will have to complete the SAEEE 2025 slot booking process. The authorities will open the slot booking facility online and it will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis. The candidates are advised to complete the slot booking as soon as possible. The allotment of slots will be done as per the candidate's preferences and seat availability. Therefore, the candidates are advised to complete the slot booking as early as possible to have a higher chance of getting to choose their preferred slot.

After the slot booking is done, the candidates will be able to access and download the SAEEE 2025 admit card. To download the SAEEE admit card 2025, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. SAEEE admit card will consist of important information such as the examination date, timings, centre address, guidelines and more. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates will have to present their SAEEE admit card along with identity proof. If the candidates are not able to present their admit card and identity proof, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.

SAEEE 2025 result date is yet to be announced. Candidates will be able to access the SAEEE result 2025 online. It is to be noted that the result of SAEEE 2025 will be released in the form of a merit list. Based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance examination and the obtained ranks, the SAEEE 2025 merit list/result will be prepared by the authorities. Only the candidates who are listed in the merit list will be able to participate in the counselling and admission process.

Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the SAEEE counselling 2025 process. During the counselling, the candidates will have to register and fill out their choice of courses in the order of preference. SAEEE 2025 seat allotment result will be declared online. Seats will be allotted as per the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. The allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.
