SMVDU offers a full-time, three-year/ four-year (including research)/ five-year integrated BA Hons programme at the UG level. SMVDU BA Hons seats are alloted to candidates based on their performance and scores obtained by them in the CUET UG. The total SMVDU BA Hons seat intake for the integrated BA Hons plus MA programme across both specialisations is 95.

Candidates who get admission to the five-year integrated BA Hons plus MA programme must pay the SMVDU BA Hons fees 2024 for the entire dutaion of the course. However, it depends on the course opted by candidates in graduation and how it will benefit them while doing their MBA. SMVDU BA Hons Scholarships are offered to the meritorious students who belong to economically weaker section of the society. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University offers a Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to the students which recognises merit of the BA Hons programme students at all levels and provides scholarships ranging up to five semesters of free education.

Candidates seeking admission to the BA Hons programme must fill out the detailed SMVDU BA Hons application form available on the University's website. Given below is the SMVDU BA Hons application process 2024:

• Step 1- Register by clicking on the "New Registration" tab and filling out the form.
• Step 2- Verify the account with the help of an OTP sent to the registered email of candidates, then log in to the portal. 
• Step 3- Complete the application by providing personal, guardian, educational and additional details, upload a photograph and, signature.
• Step 4- Save the application as draft or submit and lock the profile.
• Step 5- Candidates must select BA Hons and pay the SMVDU BA Hons application fee 2024 of INR 1,500.

After signing up, access your account and complete the online application.
Pay the application cost. The MBA program's application fee is INR 1000. Pay for it by demand draft or online.

2. Certification of graduation.
3. Score report from an accepted management admission exam, such as the CAT, MAT, or CMAT.
Enter the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) room. Based on how well they performed on the management entrance test, the shortlisted applicants would be invited to GDPI.

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University offers BE/BTech courses with a duration of 4 years. Admission to this course is based on JEE Main scores and it is not possible to get admission to SMVDU Katra without JEE Main or CUET UG.

Along  with this a lot of courses are offered by this university and all have different eligiblity and criterias. All applicants have to fill the Common Application form through ONLINE Mode for admission in UG and PG programmes.The candidates will be submitting an appication fee of Rs. 1,500/- while filling the ONLINE Application Form.

SMVDU admission process are both entrance and merit-based followed by counselling. SMVDU accepts the admission on the basis of CUET exam for most of the UG & PG courses.  For few courses such as BTech, MBA, M.Tech admission are based on JEE/CAT/MAT/GATE/CCMT.
