  • Only those students who have studied in State Agricultural Universities (SAUs)/ Colleges affiliated to SAUs/ Central Agricultural Universities (CAUs)/ ICAR Deemed Universities/ Central Universities with Agriculture Faculty registered by ICAR/ any other institutions accredited by NAEAB (ICAR) unaccompanied are suitable for admission to TNAU for Masters programmes.
  • Apart from this, a candidate who has experienced a course credit system with a least OGPA of 3 out of 4 or 6.6 out of 10 in a bachelor’s degree programme can apply for a master’s programme. However, for SC/ST candidates, minimum OGPA of 6.5 out of 10 in a bachelor’s degree is sufficient.

The admission proceeding of TNAU starts in the middle of June month in every year, and the entrance exam is conducted in the last week of July. Further, the regular classes will start in the last week of August.
