The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has conducted the CTET 2019 exam on December 8 in 110 cities across India. The exam has been conducted for paper-I and II in two shifts. The morning (9:30 AM-12 Noon) and afternoon (2:00-4:30 PM) shifts of the exam were conducted successfully for paper-I and II, respectively. CTET Exam Analysis Highlights 2018
Go through some highlights for CTET exam analysis 2018 below:
- Questions asked in the Child Development & Pedagogy section were from topics such as learning & pedagogy. In CTET 2018 exam, lesser number of practical questions were asked in this section. The difficulty level of the questions asked in this section of the exam was moderate.
- In the Social Studies CTET exam section, questions were asked from topics related to Political Science and Geography. In 2018, more questions were asked from polity as compared to past years’ papers. The difficulty level of the questions asked in this section of the exam ranged from easy to moderate.
- No major changes were witnessed in the English language section. So, the difficulty level of the questions asked in this section was similar to past years’ CTET question papers. The passages asked in CTET exam were lengthy.
- The questions asked in the Science section were mostly from Biology and the difficulty level of the questions asked was moderate. This section of the exam contained more questions from Biology and Earth Science topics.
- The questions asked in the Mathematics section were mostly from Arithmetic and the difficulty level of the questions asked was moderate.
- Questions asked in the Hindi language section were easier as compared to questions asked in the same section in previous editions of the exam.
