NIT Hamirpur cutoff 2017 has been released for various categories including General, OBC, SC, ST and PwD. Of all the categories, the General category has the highest number of seats followed by the OBC Category. NIT Hamirpur BTech cutoffs are released based on JEE Main scores followed by round-wise counselling. Candidates who meet the cutoffs are called for the counselling process.

The ranks are also released for the All India as well as Home State Quota. 50 per cent of seats are reserved for the All India Quota, whereas the remaining 50 per cent are reserved for the Home State Quota.
