Overall, a good college with good placements and good faculty members.
Placements: Seniors of our batch get placement in many top companies and other seniors got into higher studies by clearing the GATE exam. This college teaches you in a way to clear the GATE exam easily so that you can get higher studies, which makes our life in a good way.
Infrastructure: The campus is very good and proper. The labs are very efficient so that it makes things easy in future works. Since they have NAAC A+, which means the campus is too good compared to other colleges. The lab has enough equipment in every department so that students can study in every way. The hostel is average.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified in their professions and departments. They are very knowledgeable in their field. The quality of their teaching is too good so that students can understand easily. The difficulty of the semester exam in this college is a bit hard, but we can overcome things in life.

Review of PSG College of Technology.
Placements: Placements are good for mechanical, ECE, EEE, CS and IT departments, but the placements for biotech, fashion technology departments are not good. The highest package offered in 2018 was Rs. 13 LPA. Internships for ECE, EEE, CS and IT students are quite good where they got pre-placement offers too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not much good. As the college is located in the main city and has space restrictions, the buildings are small. The library is open 24*7. Medical facilities are also available. There are separate clubs for dance, music, social awareness, etc. There are 2 canteens on the campus.
Faculty: The course curriculum is well-planned with a lot of concepts which will be useful for the students in the industry. The teaching methods include PPT and videos which are quite helpful in understanding the concepts. The faculty members are well-experienced, knowledgeable and friendly.
Other: The college is located in the main city.

Review of PSG College of Technology - PSGCT.
Placements: Placements here were quite good, and I am not sure on the percentage of placed students. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, etc., visited the campus and hired a few students. As I am from a non-IT background, I was allowed to sit for companies like Mu Sigma, IBM, CTS, Accenture, Wipro, and Infosys. We do have a placement cell, and I don't remember entering there. Even we didn't have any biotech company for placements as the salary they offered to pay was not up to our college expectations.
Infrastructure: Everything provided over there was above average. I never used Wi-Fi there, but it was available. Labs were good. Classrooms were average. The library was quite fine. Medical facilities were there as we had PSG Medical College nearby. Hostel rooms were average.
Faculty: Few of the faculty members were too good with regards to their knowledge, and few were average. For my course, it is not about the industry exposure but about the time you spend in each lab. We need to spend quite a lot of time there to complete our lab works. As currently, I am working in the IT industry, which is nothing related to our course, I can't say the course curriculum was useful. Still, all the qualities that I need to have for any professionals, I learnt it from my college.

it is a fantastic collage with great professors and teachers. but the campus interview is not nice.
Placements: The placement here is very good for fields like information technology, computer science, and fashion. Only information technology companies come here to hire people. There are not so many companies for the core field. But the salary is feasible in information tech companies. Our placement cell has some rules, like the companies which will pay 25000k and above will be allowed, others not.
Infrastructure: The campus is small but it has a great infrastructure. The library present here is very huge and we can get a lot of books that we want for studies and project research. The people are friendly and always have fun. The quality of the lab depends on the students and lab assistants who are present there and use it. The food quality is not so good but has good and feasible rates. The hostel rooms are very neat and clean. Once a week, the maid lady visits the room for cleaning.
Faculty: The faculty members are very kind to the students in the class and lab. They always helped to solve our doubts that arose while teaching. The faculty in charge is very kindly and friendly. The faculty members always help to know the subjects that are helpful for the students in future. They always give suggestion while we do something in the lab or for the project work. They method that they follow here to teach is motivation, dedication and involvement. We get a lot of industry exposure. The curriculum is useful for the future.

Good mentorship; better placements; Neat infrastructure with advanced facilities.
Placements: Both core and non core (IT) placements are there and students who are opt in for placements are given placement training and skill development. An average of 4-6 LPA packages are offered for students who were recruited. About 50- 60%of the students were placed and others opted for higher studies.
Infrastructure: There are 2 different labs; 4 labs for UG and 3 labs for PG students; advanced equipments for research and experienced faculty members to train along with lab assistants; every department has a library and also central library which have thousand of books. Classrooms have projector and screens. Hostel food is very good compared to other hostels and neat rooms and students are provided with Wi-Fi. A clinic for medical emergency and assistance.
Faculty: Course curriculum is good with changes according to advancement in real life once in 4 years; the course outcome focus on the application of the concepts in real world and analysis of problems in industry sector. Teachers are friendly and very much helpful &interactive. Semester exams will be easy if you understand the class and the question are based on the understanding of the concepts. The Pass percentage is about 90 - 95%. .

It totally depend upon the eligibility. Eligibility for B. Tech is 10+2 with 50%+ TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission ). And if you have filled the application form and given TNEA, then only you may get the required course.
