 The total fee of BTech ranges between INR 9.3 Lacs and INR 11.07 lakh. The fee excludes exam fee, professional development and placement training fees. The toal fee of BTech, includes a one-time admission fee of INR 10,000. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. Candidates can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes. 

The placements are going on for the academic year 2022-2023. The Karunya University highest package offered to BTech students in 2023 is yet to be released. Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses offer more than 30 specialisation in the four-year engineering programme. Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE/TNEA. The basic eligibility criteria for enrolling into BTech at Karunya University is a candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics

BE/B.Tech admission in Tamil Nadu is done based on the online counselling process called TNEA. There is no state-level entrance exam for admission in Tamil Nadu. Candidates have to register and appear for the online Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA counselling held every year. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for TNEA counselling. Admission will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in the relevant subjects, namely, Maths Physics and Chemistry which will be reduced to 200 Maths 100, Physics 50 and Chemistry 50).
