Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.

Building a foundation for life.
Placements: Being in the 7th semester, I had an opportunity to get placed in Infosys. So by having a CGPA of 8.2, I was eligible for that interview and due to extra activities in Robotics, I got placed in Infosys with a package of 3.5 LPA.
I am thankful to all the faculty members and the secretary of our college for identifying my talent and creating a good career for me.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure and amenities compared with other colleges. The state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops with computer access. The central library with 45,000 books and 8000 titles for students need. The campus also has separate safe and secure hostel facilities for boys and girls with parental attention. The college also provides bus transport facility from across Chennai. The college has a hygienic cafeteria, gymnasium and a convenience store. The college is equipped with internet and intranet facilities during and after college hours.
It also has a campus 24 hours medical centre with ambulance facility. The college has a counselling centre and sports and fitness training.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and have well qualified and experienced faculty members. Apart from academics, they also help in career building and professionally help students to build their career.
The highly qualified and experienced faculty members help students with timely individual guidance through the teacher-guardian system.

Atmosphere of campus is good but the faculty members are not much good.
Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed. The highest package that was offered to the students is 4 LPA per annum. The college has provided many internships that will help the students, and it also offers industrial visits for the students, which is good for them.
Infrastructure: The hostel rooms are good, but the maintenance of the hostel area is poor. The college supports sports and other extracurricular activities. In the college library, there are all the materials related to the syllabus for all department students, and it also has current production articles.
Faculty: All the teachers are qualified for teaching. Many of these teachers are alumni of the college. Many of the teachers have completed Ph.D.s and doctorates. The teachers are so friendly that we can approach them if we have any doubts about the subjects. This will help the students to pass their exams.
