This college has good academics in postgraduate education for community medicine.
Placements: This college provides government jobs in public health and administration, health care in the non-government organisation, placements in medical education services, the job for statistical expertise in the various commercial stream, managerial posts in health care set up, specialisation in epidemiology, and outbreak investigation.
Infrastructure: This college has a clean and hygienic environment in the hostel. The food quality served is good, but has a meal system. The college canteen is very cheap as it is a subsidiary service. The garage area is provided to park vehicles up to 6:00 PM. Two-wheelers can be parked in hostel premises round the clock. Indoor sports are also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in our college. The pass percentage is 50%. The course curriculum is relevant. It is prepared according to CBME guidelines of the National Medical Commission. Research works are emphasised. The dissertation has to submit to the university during its tenure. Mid-term and mock final examinations are being conducted.
