It is a house of corruption.
Placements: The package offered here is approximately 4 Lacs including extra spending. Top recruiting companies include NTPC bongaigaon, Oil companies, etc. 30% students got internship.
Infrastructure: The campus and infrastructure is really good. It has Wi-Fi all over the campus. A student can easily get access to it. The library is good enough for students to study. It is a quite big library. Classrooms are big and have available space in it. Hostel have lane connection for every room and the internet speed is goo ld enough. But the quality of food is awful and disgusting. One can barely eat that food.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but some of them plays attention only to the local students or bodo students. The course is not good enough to make a student industry ready. Its a total waste of money Semester exams are very difficult here. The pass percentage is 65%.

My college life is most memorable for me.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of CIT is new. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. Classrooms are digital. Biometric system is available. A library is available on the campus. Medical facilities are available. Sports and games courts are new. All the hostels have Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: All faculty members are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was satisfactory. They provide both theoretical and practical knowledge. They also provide industrial training and also conduct the industrial visits.

Mainly the food problem in the hostel must be taken care of. The placements and others are okay.
Placements: CIT, Kokrajhar is a premier institute in Assam. Though it is under MHRD, Government of India, its performance in terms of college placements is not that good when compared to other institutes like NIT and IIT which are governed by the same department. One of the few reasons being recently formed institute, i.e., established on 19th December 2006, and most of the recruiters visit engineering colleges because of its alumni. Another reason is that it's located in a remote place of Kokrajhar, which doesn't have good transport facilities for the inter-state recruiters to travel.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. Classrooms, sports and games, and labs are available on the campus. The college provides 24 hours LAN and Wi-Fi facilities in the hostels. There is a well-developed library where books can be issued, and the library is very well facilitated.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and knowledgeable. They guide students in a proper way to succeed. There are a lot of teachers, and they generally teach diploma, B.Tech and B.Des students. The teachers are very helpful regarding any problem, and we can freely discuss any topic with them.

We are proud to be the students of CIT.
Placements: Overall, the placements of the college are average. But students of instrumentation engineering were offered good placement opportunities. Many of our seniors are currently working in companies like Amazon and refineries. We also have a good training and placement cell, and very much experienced professionals are a part of it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and hostel facilities are available. There are a total of four hostels inside the campus, and two hostels are located outside the campus. Sports facilities are also available. The college has a basketball court, volleyball court, lawn for tennis, and a football field is under construction. The college has a high-tech library, and the college has received many awards for it.
Faculty: We have very highly qualified teachers. Most of them are qualified with PhDs, and some are pursuing it. They are very experienced in this field and have wide knowledge. They clear each and every doubt of ours and give good life lessons as well. We are proud of our teachers.
Other: The college also provides scholarships to students under appropriate schemes.

We can proudly say that our college is one of the best colleges in the state. Good value for money.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Many students from the previous batches are doing good jobs in many good companies like Amazon and refineries, etc. The placement cell is also very good. They not only give ideas about jobs but also provide training and internships.
Infrastructure: We have very good facilities in the college. We have basketball courts, volleyball court, park and tennis courts as well. The college provides high-speed internet connection in all the hostel rooms. We also have high-tech laboratories which enhance our skills.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our college have completed their masters. Many of them are pursuing PhDs. They are very experienced and highly skilled. They have high standards of knowledge and mainly teach in English. They also give us ideas on living a good life.

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately.
