Review of CMR Institute of Technology.
Placements: 86% of students are placed in our college. The highest package as of 2023 is 44 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. 78% of students got internships from my course. Club joining and group discussions, improving communication through soft skills and other verbal activities are conducted.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in labs and it's very useful. Our department has good classrooms and a good campus; it also has many different coding clubs and extracurricular clubs to join, like singing and dancing. They organize many other events to participate and have fun.
Faculty: 1st and the 2nd semesters are pretty easy. The syllabus gets a little difficult after branch entry, which is after the 3rd semester. Other faculty members are very friendly and available for clearing doubts; they also teach well in the class and allow us to interact.
Other: My batch has a total of 152 students studying artificial intelligence and machine learning in the year 2023. We have many scholarship programs, like SSP, promised by the Karnataka government, which we will receive every year according to our category.

Review on CMR Institute of Technology.
Placements: Top companies like Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, and many other companies have a separate subject known as TYL (Tie Your Places), which helps students improve their aptitude and language skills from the first semester itself. Foreign companies like Zenken from Japan have their annual meet with the students about their job offerings.
Infrastructure: There are ample labs in the college, and libraries with 10,000+ books are available on the campus itself. Every class has projectors that improve students' learning. A 5-floored hostel is available inside the campus. The food in the hostel is okay, but there is no problem as there is even a canteen inside the campus with value-for-money foods.
Faculty: Every semester, 3 internal theory exams and 2 lab exams are conducted. All subject teachers are helpful and highly qualified. They understand the problems students face in their academics and help them with that. The semester exams are moderately easy; even preparing one day before the exams will be enough to pass.
Other: Every year, 2 cultural events and 2 sports meets are conducted during the two halves of the year in the college.

Good college with decent facilities.
Placements: The placements have been good. The college has a separate placement cell, so placements are great if you meet the requirements set by the companies and the college. The minimum CGPA requirement is 7.0 with no active backlog. The placement training programme starts in the first semester, which is very useful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, with well-maintained labs and an excellent library with a variety of books and study materials. Classrooms are well-equipped. The canteen provides a variety of food and snacks. Opportunities for both sports and cultural activities are given in which we can showcase our talents. Hostel facilities are not so good; it is not worth the effort.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified and well experienced and they are knowledgeable and friendly with students. Apart from the regular subjects, there is also the requirement of completing an online course for each semester, which adds to our skillset. The faculty and the department are very supportive of the students.
Other: As I joined the college through KCET, the fees came to around 2.75 lakhs. Management seats are available, starting with a fee of around 3 lakhs per year.

If you want a college with good placements then try CMRIT.
Placements: About 70 plus percentage of students got placed from the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course. The highest package was around 20+ LPA, and the lowest was around 3.67 LPA. Around 67 percent of students got internships. Top companies like Deloitte and Dell are coming for recruitments. Web development and testing are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in CMRIT is good. It offers facilities like a library, canteen, auditorium, and discussion rooms. They are also providing free Wi-Fi facility near the cafeteria. A gym is also there. In the library, some hundred books are available, including previous year question papers.
Faculty: The faculty members are fair and good at teaching. They provide resources like notes and model papers to study for exams. In every semester, they conduct flip classes in which students take the seminars. They also conduct special classes for students who want more help. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate to difficult. 40 is the minimum pass percentage. If you get a GPA of 7.5 or more, then it will be considered good.

It is the best college to pursue an engineering degree.
Placements: I am pursuing engineering in artificial intelligence and machine learning; it is the recently opened branch in our college so there are fewer placements for our college; the highest package was about 12 lpa and the lowest was 3 lpa. There are many companies that often visit this; among them is cognizant. Nearly 60% of students got placed according to past report. Data analyst was the top-most role.
Infrastructure: There are well-versed labs for every department; they used to provide the best system to learn things better. Classrooms were spacious and clean. A huge library is associated with the college, where we get lots of books for free. The canteen was not that good. There is no attached washroom for hostel. They used to provide sports equipments for students.
Faculty: Teachers guide us in labs and classrooms; even they help us in our projects. The quality of teachers was fine. Our college comes under VTU, so all the external exams are conducted by them itself. There are 2 internals for each semester; these were very important. There is no compulsory attendance for it. We can easily pass the semester exam.
Other: I joined this college through CET. According to my ranking, I got a seat in this college. There are majorly 4 events: ethnics, culture, flashmob and Isiri. There is an opportunity for extracurricular activity. Scholarships are provided by government itself.
