It is a very good college to study.
Placements: Placements provided by training and placement cell are good. Many companies visit our college to recruit students from the computer and electronics branches. Top recruiting companies are Tata, L&T, etc. Around 39 students got placed in the previous year. Our college provides good placements to passed-out students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, an air-conditioned lab, and a good library with plenty of books are available in our college. Students can borrow books from the library for reference. E-book facilities are available. There are good hostels with many facilities for both boys and girls. Mess and canteen food is average. Gym facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are supportive. Semester exams are tough. Professors help students to provide proper awareness about engineering and their courses. It is under Kerala Technological University and follows KTU rules and norms. The pass percentage is 30-35%.

Our college is average compared to IITs.
Placements: Around 75% of students got placed. The average salary package is around Rs.30,000 per month. Companies that come for recruitment are Just paid, TCS, etc. Internship offers are very few. Most unpaid internships are available but give an industrial experience.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very neat with enough facilities. Library is good with every book related to the course. Hostels have a fast Wi-Fi connection. The food available in the hostel is not very tasty. College has sports facilities for volleyball, badminton, basketball, and football. The ground for football is very small. Sports facilities are below average.
Faculty: Some teachers teach well while some don't. Students will get help regarding academics if they approach teachers. Around 65% pass semester exams. Some teachers are skilled in their field so students can clear doubt in a good manner.
Other: I chose this course randomly. This course would have value in the future because the use of electric vehicles is increasing. I have not experienced a lot of fests due to corona but the fest I experienced has an average vibe to it.

It is a better college for campus placements and has an excellent environment.
Placements: Almost 20% of the students were placed in our course. The average salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month. Top recruitment in this course was by Okda Solutions, Techno Park, etc. Around 10% of students got internships in Techno Park and 5% in Okda Solutions. Top roles offered were electrical technician and test engineer.
Infrastructure: Above-average hostel facilities were available in the hostel. The library was available in the hostel. The quality of the food was average but the mess was very clean and hygienic. Medical facilities were also provided in the hostel. A room was allotted to 2-3 students. There were more than 500 students in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All the students were well experienced in the electrical field and the students were ready for industrial purposes. Semester exams were a little difficult. The average pass percentage was 73%.
Other: I chose electrical engineering because I love becoming an electrical technician. I would like to get a job in top companies like Microsoft, Intel, etc. Improvement is needed in the visits to electrical industries. Events and fest are good and the campus crowd is not much. Campus surroundings are clean and hygienic. Scholarships are also provided. Overall, it is a better campus.

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: Many of the multinational companies such as TCS, Infosys, IBS, etc., visited our campus for placements. Students with a fair CGPA can easily achieve placements. The training and placement cell of our college gives training to students to increase their abilities in coding, problem-solving etc., to clear the aptitude test. Special sessions were provided to the students for improving their soft skills too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. The food served in the canteen is good. Library contains most of the books that are required. An IEEE library also functions in the college where we can find many technical books, journals, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-experienced and qualified. Our college is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, which is run by the state government. The course curriculum is prepared by the university and is almost relevant. It also makes students be prepared for their core industry.

It is a peaceful college with full vibes.
Placements: Our college is the best option for studying technical courses. The training and placement cell always take the initiative to prepare students to achieve great heights after completing 4 years B.Tech degree. All qualified students who have both academics as well as soft skill excellence are chosen in the campus placements. Many top companies, including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., hire young graduates from CEC.
Infrastructure: The college is good for its labs, classrooms and library. The college always pays attention to the well-being of students and smooth functioning. It also provides a good atmosphere for students to learn efficiently. The hostel authority also takes good care of the hostlers. Strict rules are being ordered, which must be obeyed by the hostlers.
Faculty: I am an EEE student. The course curriculum is average. Every faculty member of CEC takes a keen interest in each student. They work hard and give their best to us for the best outcome. In CEC, students can find a group of dedicated teachers. They are always available for clarifying our doubts. The syllabus is a bit tougher, but faculty members try to make the teaching effective and interactive.
Other: The college conducts state, national and international level events for interested students. Each cell of our college makes different programs which give students a great opportunity to improve their technical skills.
