Review of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi.
Placements: Our college offers on-campus placement opportunities to companies like KPMG, EY, PWC, Bechtel, Cognizant, Genpact, and DE Shaw a comes the hiring on-campus average salary package of our college is around 5 LPA although it is not a very big number and ROI is great.
Infrastructure: The only thing I can complain about in DCAC is infra it has very old and very small campus buildings but there is every basic necessity like good classrooms, library, Auditorium, Seminar hall, well-equipped computer labs, decent canteen, and even DCAC has one media room for journalism students. And one more thing to add the college doesn't provide a hostel facility.
Faculty: B.Com (Hons) is one of the flagship courses that DU offers. The course curriculum is very superior but after NEP implementation the exam became very tough. So we have to go through a very hectic schedule of study along with managing extra circular activities.
Other: I have chosen DU over other colleges because Delhi University has a brand value in itself. The alumni network is very good, faculty is very good and return on investment is superb. Apart from this, crowds and extracurriculars are the main things to highlight.

College life represent the way you lived.
Placements: In my course, 87% of the students passed overall. The highest package offered was 15 LPA, the average was 6-7 LPA, and the lowest was 2-3 LPA. Companies that recruited from our course included Amazon, HCL, and Oracle. Around 60-70% of the students in our course got internships, and the companies that offered internships included Oracle, The Leela Palace, and some private companies and shops. The top roles offered in my college internships were Research Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Campus Ambassadors, Administrative roles, and Technical Support.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. There are four dedicated computer labs with new advanced equipment and systems and good Wi-Fi availability. The library has a good collection of books, both new and old. The classrooms are good enough. There is no hostel facility provided by the college. However, the quality of food provided by the canteen is good and affordable. Medical and sports facilities are also available in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are good and well-educated. They will suggest that we get involved in all aspects of college life, including academics. This will help us develop our personality and become more well-rounded. The teachers complete the course curriculum ahead of schedule, which gives students time to study on their own and ask questions if needed. This approach helps prepare students for the demands of the workplace. The semester exams were moderately challenging, but if we studied, we could easily pass them.
Other: The college holds an annual fest every year. In addition, every society has its own fest that happens every few months.

Good faculty, mediocre college.
Placements: DCAC placements are average, with a majority of them going to students with a commerce background. In English honours course, very few students sat for placements, and none of them got placed. The highest package was 7-8 LPA, and the average package was 3.5 LPA. EY, KPMG, and Deloitte were the top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is mediocre. The classrooms have only fans, but the library is spacious and air conditioned. The canteen is a single large room with a decent variety of food. There is one ground for sports, where students mostly play football. There is also a basketball court and table tennis facilities.
Faculty: The faculty in the English department are great teachers, except for a few. They are very knowledgeable about their subjects and their teaching methods are top-notch. The semester exams are relatively okay if we study well enough.

Delhi University diaries and my review for Delhi college of arts and commerce.
Placements: A total of 5% of students were placed in this course at my college. The highest package is 15 lacs per annum, with an average package of 6 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, Tata Steel, and Adani. Roles offered at our college are in the legal sector, marketing, advertisement, and AI technology.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of all DU colleges, including mine, is a little outdated, but it gets comfortable for students over time. Overall, the college experience is very good. Hostels are not available at our college or in most of Delhi University, except for some top-ranked colleges in North Campus. There are no hostels at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. The supply of food, medicine, and games is good, and the grounds are well-maintained for every occasion and sporting event.
Faculty: Professors at our college are well-versed in English and Hindi and have good knowledge of the courses and subjects. Our course has 8 semesters and two exams per year for a total of 4 years of graduation. Exams are not that hard for those who study but get difficult for those who never come to college or do not take notes. The overall pass percentage of students is 85-90%.

One of the most prestigious college of the south campus.
Placements: Placement rates vary widely based on the batch and economic conditions but usually range from 50% to 80% for students actively seeking placements. The highest package often goes to the students placed in teaching, and the highest went to 7.4 lakhs per year in CTC. The average is 5 lakhs. Top recruiters are TCS, KPMC, Infosys, and HCL. The placement cell is far better than at other colleges, and we can get internships if we have skills. Top roles are data analyst and business analyst.
Infrastructure: The college has spacious, air-conditioned classrooms. All the desktops were up to date, and the library was neat and well organized. They even gave us free books every semester. The college does not have hostels, but it does have a medical room that can provide medications for common illnesses, and a gym.
Faculty: The best thing about my college is the quality of the faculty. They are highly qualified, and some are gold medalists. The course curriculum is very relevant, and if you want to get into the field of data analytics, DCAC is the best place for you. If you study hard, especially on a regular basis, you will get good marks.

Placements: The average salary package at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is 4.2 LPA for B.Com Programme. Companies like KPMG India, Wipro, Google, and EY have visited for placements. The highest salary package offered in DCAC was 10 LPA. Overall, DCAC provides average placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of DCAC is quite moderate. With an area of 5 acres, the college has two buildings, one sports ground, a canteen, and a small garden. There is no hostel facility, so students need to find rented rooms or PGs nearby.
Faculty: Commerce faculty members are highly educated, with most being PhD. holders. Their teaching methods are unique and engaging. The curriculum is diverse, offering students a chance to explore various subjects. Exams are not very difficult, and most students pass their semester exams with minimal effort.
Other: College organises sports events along with cultural and non-cultural activities. Talk shows and seminars are hosted by various societies for the overall development of students.
