DCAC - B.A. programme review.

Placements: DCAC has an average placement cell. Good companies do come but big fours do not. Mostly, startups visit here for placements. Average placement package range from 4 LPA to 10 LPA. Almost all the students are offered internships. Top roles are business analyst, copywriters, marketing executives, associates, etc.

DCAC has amazing faculty but bad infrastructure. Good placements with minimal college life fun.

Placements: I haven't completed my degree yet but as experienced by our seniors, DCAC gives high placements but the number of placements is not very good. The faculty is remarkable and makes students capable of achieving high professional standards. Most of the students pass the semester exams easily but with just one degree how can one achieve high position in this bull market. DCAC students, who kept studying and struggling, are now earning very handsome salaries and living good lives. I know some people ...

In this college, a lot can be improved in infrastructures as well as fests or events.

Placements: Our batch got graduated during COVID. No placements took place for 2 years. However, even before that, there was no placement for Journalism students except for basic roles like content writing. Apart from that, the college only witnessed average companies despite having a good reputation.

It has a small campus but an amazing crowd, good infrastructure and great faculty.

Placements: As the university organises many placement programs, the placements have been very good for the past few years. The placement cell of the college is very active and well organised, which helps others find internships.

Placements: Around 52 students are placed. The internships are very few and most students get internships. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA.

I'm dissatisfied with the college infrastructure.

Placements: Placements at our college are average and you need to follow placement cell groups on social media for updates. Placements are in online mode. The average salary package is 7 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the highest salary package is 15 LPA. Most of us got roles like economic advisers and research wing associates.

It is a DU college with it's own flavor.

Placements: Most of the students who opt for this course are UPSC aspirants, so there isn't a question about placements. Talking about corporate sector jobs and other jobs like archaeology, historiography, teaching, and even research-based jobs, you would require to go for a master's degree in History because the bachelor's degree alone isn't enough. Otherwise, a degree in history from Delhi University alone is quite enough to take you into multiple sectors of reputed government jobs.

I was very satisfied with the college except for the infrastructure.

Placements: All the big fours like KGS, KPMG India, EY, etc., came to our campus and offered roles in various positions like audit assistant and in risk consulting. The hiring process was smooth and the faculty members would guide you throughout the process so that you do not face any difficulty.

A quality place to find your next 3 years.

Placements: There were a good amount of opportunities that came during my placement drive. I guess it came to students if they want to join or not. But approximately 70% took it. The highest went about 11-12 Lacs CTC during my phase. The lowest being 3.5-4 LPA, and the average being 6 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Mother dairy, Wipro, KPMG, EY, Yes Bank, etc. There were internship opportunities too, I guess 50-60% got it, in companies and NGOs like Airtel, Red Cross, etc. The top role offere...

Many students in the economics department, B.Com, etc., got placed But this time, there is no information regarding the placements. The average salary package that students get is 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Companies like Chegg and some others visit our campus.

Satisfied with the faculty, and I had a great experience so far.

Placements: I'm from the history or humanities background, and I've mostly been in contact with my department's seniors, and they said that the placement cell of our field is weak. But the placement cell for the commerce background is stronger, and they get good offers. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, BYJU's, Flipkart, Wipro, and many more.

Placements: 30% to 40% students in our batch have got placement. The highest package offered was 9 LPA, and the average ranges between 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are EY, KPMG, Tresvista, etc. Around 40-50 percent of the students got an internship. Top roles offered are assurance associate, tax associate, etc.

The college has a healthy but monotonous environment.

Placements: The college is not known for its placement cell and its working. It is quite hard for arts students to grab well-mannered and high paying jobs in various sectors. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA and I'm not too sure about it because most of the students opt for civil services and different exams.

Good faculty, bad infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: Last year around 10-15% students were placed. I have no idea about the highest or the lowest, but the average salary was 4 LPA. TCS, Deloitte, and KPMG are the top companies. Roles related to accounting and finance are preferred most are offered. Regarding internships, I have no idea, since I haven't attend college, it was all online.

It has great faculty members and an amazing crowd.

Placements: Very few students sit for placements as most of them opt for higher studies. There is an active placement cell in the college named Broadway. In the first semester, there were many internships from highly reputed companies. Our seniors got placed in an organisation like KPMG, which is quite impressive.
