MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with minimum 50% aggregate (45 % for reserved category). The qualifying degree examination can be 10+2+3/4/5 years pattern or 10+3 years Diploma +3 years pattern or B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Pharm. or 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field. Candidates admitted through Lateral Entry in degree courses are not eligible. Candidates with degree obtained without studying 10th/12th Std. or 3 years degree programme are not eligible. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year are also eligible.

Review of Dhaanish Ahmed College Of Engineering.
Placements: For CSE, the highest salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Nearly 90% of students are placed. Our top recruiters are Infosys, Accenture, etc. Placements process is simple and pleasant. Firstly students have to write the code and then interview. Our college is very helpful and supportive to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is good and all facilities are available. Classrooms are well clean, furniture with smart classes, and every equipment are available in laboratories. The computer laboratories has air conditioner. Hostels are also good and indoors games are available. It provides 24X7 Wi-Fi in the hostel.
Faculty: Our course fee for our B.Tech curriculum is 1.5 to 2.2 lakhs per year where students paid an amount of 50% in every semester that is students have to paid the semester fee within a period of 6 months from our 1st year to 4th year. The fee structure is feasible with the support of the scholarships program.

You can join this college if you wish. But I suggest you make sure it's worth it for college life.
Placements: Very rarely companies will offer jobs here, which are not completely relevant to the field. Most of the students will try to join in ONGC or other private companies through the GATE exam. Students find it difficult to qualify in the examination as most of the question patterns are problematic.
Infrastructure: Average quality food is provided in the hostel mess, and there is no proper canteen. Sports facilities have been good for hostellers who can play in a team. In our college, facilities are average or below average. For students who want to gain more knowledge relevant to the field and secure jobs, this college is not good to select and prepare for the future.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members here are helpful to students, but our college recruits fresher faculty members to adjust their finances. Our college always removes and hires faculty members. There are no experienced faculty members in the petroleum field.
Other: I chose this course as an opportunity to explore new things in the petroleum field and to gain experience abroad. Our college must invite companies to recruit students for jobs in the relevant field. There are no events and fest in this college. You just have to study the curriculum, and there are no other additional features where you would enjoy in other colleges.

Made a complete fool of myself by getting admission in this college.
Placements: In our college, petroleum engineering department was started in 2014. So right now, I am in the second batch (2015-19),. As of now, for my seniors, the placement process is really slow. Till now, they haven't contacted any of the companies which are related to the petroleum industry. The companies which visit our college offer IT and manpower jobs, where the minimum annual salary is just about 1.2 LPA. As of now, only two companies from IT have visited for a designation under the voice processing team. In our college, the placement cell only looks after training in soft skills. Only department faculty members contact the companies.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, our college is quite tolerable when compares to worse colleges. The classrooms are simple, not furnished. The labs too are the same. For petroleum engineering department, the labs are not properly constructed where there is still a need for many instruments. My seniors haven't done even a single practical with the all 8 experiments. During the university lab exams, we use to have only 2-3 practicals. Recently, they have bought all the instruments for the 2nd year students but for the 3rd and the 4th year, they don't have the equipment.
Faculty: In total, we have eight faculty members, including the head of the department. Out of these eight, no one has the background of petroleum engineering. All are related to chemical engineering but petroleum is totally different. We have an advisor for our department- a former ONGC executive manager. He is the only person who gives proper guidance and knowledge to the students. He comes only twice in a week. Our college took the fee for the books, but didn't provide any books. They only gave us Xerox copies, which are not worth the fee. The notes we get are only to get passing marks. They have daily tests just like schools. No one has any knowledge, despite good CGPAs. This is the consequence of Dhaanish education.
Other: The college is totally business minded. Their ultimate aim is to conduct lots of tests and get a high passing percentage. They don't care what kind of knowledge they feed. These are the colleges which make the dumb engineers. So it's my humble request- Please don't choose this college.
