Dissatisfied with the faculty and the placements are bad for our department.
Placements: There are no placements for civil engineering because we are the 1st batch in the college. We have placement training for other departments, but that placements are also waste. They select the guys during the interview, but they will not call after the interview. If we fail, we were asked to pay for that also.
Infrastructure: While I was studying a window glass was broken. There is no lock for doors. Our mess is not clean. The canteen is not good. They will not allow us to speak with girls. The college starts in the morning 8 am and ends in the evening 5 pm. Sometimes they provide coaching classes till 6 pm.
Faculty: The members of the faculty are a few while I was studying. One faculty member teaches many subjects. There were only two staff members when I was in the 2nd year, but they didn't know how to teach the students. Mathematics madam was good. When we did a mistake, they gave punishment to kneel down. The lab assistants are not available in the college.

Pros and Cons of PMC Hosur
Placements: Placements are just not in dictionary of PMC, placements records are very poor due to fragile students and one can't expect this who pursue to chase their dreams and want to have good job at the end. Seriously management want to make sure that all students gets placed well atleast who deserve.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite ok with the location that college is in infrastructure isn't a problem. There is no Wi-Fi and very ordinary lag facilities. Library with mere distinguished books. Sports are least important here ,canteen facilities are also very ordinary.
Faculty: Faculty are below average in the whole case, it may be the effect made by the students i guess, sometime huge question arises if the faculty is qualified or not. Faculty ratio is fine since the admission rates are gradually decreasing year by year. Industry exposure is totally null here it's totally based on own interests.

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's an assessment of the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.E./B.Tech courses at Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering:

* Placement Rate: According to the reviews, only 25% of students were placed, mostly in BPO companies, indicating a relatively low placement rate compared to other institutions.
