Review of GITAM University.

Placements: About 90-95% of students will be easily placed as this is a deemed university. The institute has also completed its placement drive for batch 2021. The highest salary package is 32 LPA offered by Amazon and the average salary package offered is 4.9 LPA. About 90% students were placed. Some of the top recruiters include Tiger Analytics, Accolite, Deloitte, TCS Digital, Keka, Optum, South India Bank, and many others. The university encourages the students to get through 2-3 internships at least from the 3rd year. Top roles offered are software developer, full stack, data analysts, SDE, etc.

Infrastructure: The campus has a good infrastructure and a peaceful environment. It has smart libraries, classrooms, and labs that help the students to get interested in their academics. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Hostels are very low near the college. PGs are available with good facilities and are very expensive.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are adequately qualified and experienced in the subjects they teach. A lot of them lack the appropriate communication skills to teach complex subjects or create interest in the dull ones. Every semester students will be doing industrial visits that help the students learn more practically. The semester exams are easy to pass by following the daily lecture notes.

Other: As I'm so good at coding and had an interest in ethical hacking concepts and the IoT field I chose this course. So that it'll be helpful to my career. Having integrated subjects in the course helps me more helpful to my career so that I can gain more knowledge in this domain. The college has a literary and cultural fest called Zenith. The earlier name was Lavz O' PhiliArt fest called Art Beat. The signature cultural fest is called Pramana. The college also holds workshops and other technical seminars on a regular basis.

The college has good course and faculty.

Placements: The placement percentage is 89%. The highest salary package offered is 32 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The general recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, and many more MNCs. The big companies like Amazon visit our campus but take them if they are capable of it.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. Labs have air-conditioners and are well maintained. The library has a good collection of books in it. Wi-Fi is available but is not available in every area or every corner of the campus. There is a good signal where you can use your mobile data.

Faculty: The teaching faculty members are also good. Almost every one of them is a doctorate and is done with Ph.D. in their interesting subject. Some also have patents. The course is relevant to what you do in your future is totally dependent on the student the way he studies and makes himself ready. The semester exams are moderate, neither very hard nor very easy.
