Indian Institute of Management Shillong is a leading Management institute in India. IIM Shillong is ranked 26th among the top Management institutes in India by NIRF 2023. Established in 2008, IIM Shillong was the seventh IIM established in India out of a family of 20 IIMs in India, so far. This institute was formerly known as Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management Shillong (RGIIM) and offers postgraduate, doctoral, and executive courses in the field of Management along with its Management Development Programmes (MDPs). IM Shillong admission process is conducted in two phases. In the Phase 1, candidates are shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). In Phase 2, based on the Past Academic Performance, Performance in GD and PI, Performance in CAT, total work experience, and gender, the final merit list is prepared for offer of admission to the PGP batch.
