Placements: As this is a research institute, IISER Bhopal does not have a significant number of students getting placed into companies from natural sciences. However, there is a good number of Ph.D. placements made from here. Even though students here have taken for granted their place in the industry due to the Indian Institute tag. Placements: IISER Bhopal has a placement cell, but the campus placement is not very satisfactory. Most students are research-oriented and end up taking Ph.D. positions, which leaves corporate offers. The highest package was 28 LPA, and the average package is about 8 LPA. Major companies include Barclays, SBI Nomura, and Dr. Reddy's Lab.

Placements: The placement rate at IISER Bhopal is not much. Because IISER is made for students who are interested in research, and most of the students go for higher studies like a Ph.D. and MBA. Maybe 10% of students got jobs. Most jobs are available for students who are pursuing a BS in engineering sciences. 10 LPA is the average salary. Internships are mostly research-based with very little stipend.

Placements: IISER Bhopal is a research-based college, although it also offers BS in engineering and eco-sciences, so placements here are pretty less than a proper engineering college. But some have gotten placements in Barclays, Deloitte, Dr Reddy's, Toppers, Google, etc. But most people pursue higher studies here than going for placements.

Placements: For students of natural sciences, the placement opportunities are quite low as compared to economics and engineering students. However, due to the presence of departments like Maths and Physics, people can get some offers if they possess relevant skills.

Placements: Few students got placed in our course. This college is meant to make you a scientist not to train you for corporate life. You can find jobs in CSIR and other laboratories after completing this degree. Many students opted for higher studies in this college.

Placements: Most students interested in placements managed to secure offers, roles varied from traditional SDE & Data Science Associates to Investment Banking & Management roles, jobs at coaching classes, Big 4 consultant firms, tech-based startups also offered great packages in excess of 10lpa.

Placements: Companies like NOMURA, ZD, and Deloitte offered placements here. The salary package ranged from 10 lakhs to 30 lakhs. A significant number of students get placed which is around 5 percent of the total students. Almost every student gets internship from these courses in various elite institutes and reputed companies like IBM.

Placements: The first thing you need to understand is that this is a college set up by the government for research, particularly at the UG level. Now college is focusing on PG research for the past many years. Therefore most of the students after completing their MS or Ph.D. go for higher studies. Placements: Depends on the students. If they want to be placed then they have to contact the placement cell ICDPC office in their 5th year. They hardly get any placement even if they get, they are hired for quite a decent package sufficient to sustain family, Hope this could improve in the coming years. Most of them opt for Ph.D. rather than Job.

Placements: In 2019, the first batch of BS-MS in EES will graduate. Hence placement data from this department is not available. However, with the recent initiation of the placement cell led by an active team of students with cooperation from the administration has started making efforts towards inviting companies for placements and creating opportunities.

Placements: Most of them opt for higher studies here or abroad. Rest are recruited in pharmaceutical companies etc. The course is interdisciplinary where you choose a major in the third year and graduate with that subject of your choice. This is why not many placements happen here but those who do get a job happens to bag a package which varies.

Placements: Most of the students like to study further. They do PhD abroad. This is a research institute. Hence most of the students like to do PhD. No one finds a job after just completing this course. Then after PhD, they prefer to be a professor, researcher or a lecturer. Every student does an internship during their academic year to help the professor in their research work.
