IIT Bhilai PhD Application Process 2024
For admission to IIT Bhilai PhD admission, students need to qualify for either GATE or UGC NET entrance exam and then visit the official website of the college to fill out the registration form for PhD. Below details comprising step-by-step guidance to fill the application form for the GATE entrance exam:
Step 1: Visit the website of GOAPS and fill the registration form to generate the login credentials.
Step 2: Login through the generated id and password to the portal and fill the application form with the relevant information and click on the "submit" button.
Step 3: Pay the application fee as prescribed at the time of applying.
Step 4: Complete the application process by uploading the required documents.

- A high-quality image of a candidate's photograph conforming to the specified requirements (File size should be between 2KB and 200KB)
- Good quality image of candidate's signature conforming to the specified requirements (File size should be between 2KB and 150KB)
- Scanned copy of the Eligibility Certificate in pdf format (Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate or Certificate from the Head of the Department/ Institute (format specified in Appendix A of the Information Brochure) (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Scanned copy of Category (SC/ST) certificate (if applicable) in pdf format (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable) in pdf format (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Scanned copy of Dyslexic Certificate (if applicable) in pdf format (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Details of the valid Identity Document* (ID) (The same ID, in original, should be carried to the examination hall)
- Net-banking/debit card/credit card details for fee payment
