Learning Experience: The course content is good and I learned a lot from this course.
Faculty: The lecturer for this course was prof.Shishir Sinha..He is the head of the chemical Engineering department in IIT ROORKEE.The way of teaching was super.He taught each and every lecture deeply ..And also he conducts doubt sessions every week by interacting with the students.
Yes they provide lecture material for this course.It is a 12 week course. For every week they given a assignment and we have to do that out of 12 assignments they take best 8 assignment score which is generally considered as internal marks. And external exam is conducted for 100 marks and 75percent score is taken from the score we got .They give a final score by adding both internal and external exam score.

Learning Experience: The way faculty teached us was most admirable and i liked most. Course content was also helpful for my semester exam also.I learnt a lot from this course.
Faculty: As i have mentioned the faculty i likeed the most in the entiire course. His teaching approach is positive and in a very simple language.
Course assignment questions were too good and very conceptual type.The course was too flexible, i handled it with my semester.

Learning Experience: The course titled ' Business model, innovation and entrepreneurship ' certified by IIT Roorkhe. It is a NPTEL course which gave me a great opportunity to get a certificate issued by one of the famous IIT in the country. In the course they deal with different types of business models and how to become innovator and entrepreneur. Course really helped me to get a wide knowledge in the area of business and entrepreneurship.
Faculty: The faculty members are the IIT professors. They made every concepts easy and explained in layman's language.
The course duration ia 8 weeks. During this 8 weeks they gave 8 assignments in each week. So we have get a minimum percentage to pass in the 8 assignments. We can attend the last online test only if you had a required percentage in the 8 assignments.
Course Support: It gives great knowledge in the field of business and entrepreneurship.

Learning Experience: NPTEL is a government site which provides MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) through Swayam platform. Training of Trainers is a free course that helps to understand the Faculty and PG students, includes contents of Training introduction, design, need and explanation of training methods through Video& Pdf materials. Through this course we will have an understanding about the importance of training the trainers and the ways of Providing these training methods effectively. The classes taken by Professor of IIT roorkee's, content has good quality and It is useful for those faculties& students who are aspirant to build a career in HR area.You can improve skills through training methods given in curriculum. We can add it in our Resume/CV as a professional certification course. But the disadvantage is that it's a theoretical course, already recorded classes, lack of real time interaction and doubt clearance. Overall its a usefull course for HR aspirants.
