Amazing college with the best placement and a very good atmosphere to study in.
Placements: About 56 percent of our seniors get placed in good company. The highest package was INR 1.5 crore, and the lowest was INR 15 lacs, with an average of INR 20 lacs. The top recruiter is Microsoft. 100 percent of students got internships in our course. Manager is the role that is offered by many companies. Our students get major roles in the respective companies.
Infrastructure: Our college hostel is Aryabhata, which was allotted for 1st year students and is very old. The infrastructure is also very old, but it has a good Wi-Fi connection and proper water facilities. The labs are fully air-conditioned, the canteen has all types of food that you want to eat, whether it is lunch, breakfast, or dinner, and our college has proper medical facilities and good sports facilities.
Faculty: All the teachers are well educated and have a great knowledge of their subject, and all teachers have done their Masters in their respective fields. The teachers that are provided by our institute are also IITians. Our curriculum is very vast but interactive, and our teachers are very passionate, which makes the subject easy. Semester exams are quite tough; pass percentages depend upon the average of the scores that students get.
Other: I chose this course because my advance score is a little low. The best thing about our course is that it has very easy subjects so that the student can learn additional subjects like programming, C+, etc. I hope that our teachers will improve the learning methods at our college. Our college is known for fests and events, and scholarships are provided to brilliant students. Extracurricular activities like cricket, basketball, and tennis are done by the students.

About the Institute and its placements.
Placements: The placement prospects in the branch are not so good but there are many opportunities in research sector. People do coding and get placed with good packages. Also the culture is really good for a good company of students. The placement packages are within the range of 12-40 Lacs.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the institute are at par with the capital put in. Therefore, the infrastructure though old provides great serene views. All facilities are available in the market and the sports facilities are really also very good. Its very nice.
Faculty: The professors working here are well qualified and they are selected through well scrutinized selection process. Their recruitment is done very carefully. The course curriculum is not burdensome but one needs to be regular with their study to score good.

Satisfied with Ceramics at IIT BHU.
Placements: Over 98% of students who have applied for placement have either received placement or had received pre-placement offers. The highest placement offered was over 20 LPA, the lowest being around 11 LPA. Goldman Sachs was one of the most paying recruiters. Top roles included HR, product manager etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is awesome. We usually get the speed of 100 Mbps. Classrooms are well furnished with a central cooling Air conditioner. The library is mindblowing but it's found crowded usually during exam times. Mess and Canteen are okayish types. Hostel rooms are very small. Labs have all kinds of equipment and are loaded with world-class technology. Medical facilities are great and we have a full-time campus doctor, some staff and an ambulance ready 24x7.
Faculty: Professors here are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help. They teach very well especially offline. Of course, they cant teach as good as the coaching teachers. But considering their experience, they are above the decent mark. Course Curriculum is not 100% relevant but most things are covered in seminars and guest speakers. Some sub. Like ed is very tough at times.
Other: This is the easiest course at IIT. I got it by luck but I am very happy now. I wish the course would include life skills like cooking instead of boring history classes. Fest and campus are so huge that no one could ever imagine.

Infrastructure: 24 hours Wi-Fi, 16 hours library and 24 hours digitally. Labs are with fine tools. Mess is also excellent. Campus has 3 huge play ground with fully equipped kits and trainers with specialize. Sir Sunder lal hospital is provided for medical issues.

Overall completely satisfied, very good placement count even in covid situation.
Placements: 90% of the students are placed from my course. 5% are sitting in the placement phase 2. And remaining students did not take part in the placement process. The highest is around 24 lakh, average is 12 lacs, the lowest is still not clear because placement phase 2 is remaining. Top recruiting companies are flipkart, Mock, DB, Axtria, tiger analytics, American express, Myntra, iqvia and many more. On campus internship count is less for our branch which is around 10% but placement count is very good. Top roles offered are software engineer, data analyst, business analyst, product analyst, data scientist, associate consultant and many more.
Infrastructure: It is a old college and therefore is having old buildings, but for girls they have built new hostel previous year, so it is very good. Wi-Fi is available 24*7. Library is open till 10 at night. Classrooms are big and again they are old as well. Overall canteen and all other hostel facilities are great including mess as well. But our hostel is not having sports facilities. Some boys hostel has badminton ground in their hostels.
Faculty: Teachers here are of both kind, good as well as bad, and so is the teaching quality. Course curriculum is 95% relevant and other 5% include human values courses and so. Course curriculum make students ready for industry. But it also depends on students interest.
Other: I chose this course because I was only eligible for this one according to the rank in JEE. It is a new course which is not available in all IITs except Kanpur, I guess. I would like to improve teachers teaching here and discipline as well. We have a departmental event named as keramos but I never saw it.
