IGIT; where the campus feels like home.
Placements: In my branch, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, the placement is quite good, as more than 75% of students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 12.75 LPA, and the average package is 5.50 LPA. Mostly semiconductor companies visit to recruit.
Infrastructure: As an engineering college, the infrastructure is decent. There is a central library available for students in which more than 1,10,000 books are available. There are 6 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels present inside the college campus. The quality of the food is good and hygienic.
Faculty: In my course, all the faculty members are well-qualified and Ph.D. qualified. The teachers are very helpful in nature. The teaching process is also fine. The semester exams are very strict, and the pass percentage is more than 80%. The course curriculum is the latest.
Other: I did not choose this course, but the course chose me since you have to opt for whatever course you get in OJEE counseling. The infrastructure needs to be improved. Various clubs are there to nurture young minds.

Good college but you have to work hard.
Placements: Placements are not that common at our college but if you join the computer science or electronics telecommunication branch, you may have a good chance of getting a job and if you have very good knowledge, you can certainly try it off campus.
Infrastructure: Good teachers but only if you study well, will you understand what is being taught; otherwise, if you miss classes, you will understand what is going on in the next class. All teachers are punctual and strict and you have to do the tasks given; otherwise, you will not get attendance.
Faculty: Good teachers and even you can contact every teacher personally and go for doubt clearing with them. Teachers always look after all students, but in the case of very disobedient students, they get very strict and take the necessary steps to punish them.

Infrastructure needs Improvement. Update the curriculum.
Placements: A significant proportion of students who secure placements come from the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) field, while the average for core branches is also considered. The highest salary package offered is approximately 12 LPA, while the lowest falls within the range of 4-5 LPA, resulting in an overall average of 6 LPA. TCS, JSL, Adani Power, and Mahindra are among the prominent recruiters. Additionally, several students have had the opportunity to intern at DRDO and BSNL.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is currently in the development phase and is equipped with Wi-Fi, digital classrooms, and an e-library. However, the hostel facilities for second-year students are subpar, except for Bhaskar and Brahmos Bhawan which offer better amenities. The quality of food can be considered average, and there are 24x7 medical facilities available.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, and the teaching quality is commendable. A significant number of them hold Ph.D. degrees from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. However, there is a need for curriculum upgrades. The program ensures that 80% of the students are industry-ready. The semester exams are not overly challenging, resulting in a pass percentage of almost or more than 85%.
Other: My decision to select it was driven by my strong passion for embedded systems. The standout feature of IGIT is undoubtedly its vibrant sports and festivals. However, there is room for improvement in terms of infrastructure. Among the various events, Horizons stands out as the largest, while others like Arohan and AAM offer equally exciting experiences and much more.

Good faculty members with vast knowledge and with great placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: In our college around half of the students get placed in better companies. The highest package goes around 10lakh and the lowest package is around 4-5 Lacs and average package is around 6 Lacs per annum. Companies like TCS and Adani recruiter students in mass no.
Infrastructure: In our etc. Department, all faculty members are very talented and nice to students. There are many communications lab with proper functioning of equipments. And in college library free Wi-Fi is available so that students gets help in their studies and hostel is very good with good food and free Wi-Fi also.
Faculty: Teachers in all departments are well educated and have vast knowledge in their perspective field. They help students to clear their doubt and they encourage students. Semester exams are little bit difficult but it makes students ready to prepare for their dream job. And to pass in any subject you have to score atleast 21 out of 60.
Other: I choose this course because In etc. We can prepare for both private and government. Jobs and the best things about this course is it gives us knowledge regarding many communications systems. Fest is also there in college. There are many sports activities and students also get scholarships from government.

Igit Sarang College Review.
Placements: Companies like TCS, WIPRO, Infosys, Vedanta, etc., visit our college to hire students for various roles. The highest package offered is 13 Lacs, with an average of 6 LPA and the lowest package being 3 Lacs. However, the college does not offer any internships.
Infrastructure: Our college provides excellent facilities such as good classrooms, Wi-Fi, library, labs, and books. The hostel facilities are also very good, with meals having an average taste but being healthy. There are two mess facilities, and the food quality is almost good. The medical facilities are average, with one ambulance available 24/7.
