Nice college but if you get a chance to study in typical North Campus then definitely choose that.

Placements: The college provides many internships, but it depends on you. They just provide the internships happening around, but the seniors help you to choose the best. Since the college is famous for B.A, they take much unrest in this department but don't know much about the rest.

Being a girls college, the faculty tries to be a little dominant in case of attendance, exams etc.

Placements: You barely get any proper placement in B.A. programme courses because most students take up this course for civil services exams purpose. But in other courses like Economics (H), B.Com (H) placements are good enough. Being a highly reputed college of Delhi University, many companies like IBM, HP, Google, etc., visit the campus for recruitment of the students.

Review of Indraprastha College for Women.

Placements: There is no placement cell for this course, and I don't have much knowledge about the placement cell in our college because I am interested in pursuing masters with the same course. But it is very useful for students to get placed easily, which is a good thing for them. It is necessary to have a placement cell in the college. The placements activity is also useful to prepare us for future interviews. So there is need of placement cell in the colleges.

Attaining college goals well.

Placements: JEET is the placement cell in the college, that's distributed throughout departments. Its fairly active, sending regular updates on internships, about different fields, NGOs, etc. Some companies do come to the college for placements, humanities being a vast field, accommodating the variety of job requirements is a challenging task. But, always requests can be made to get your preferences on board.

The college provides very good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I don't have much idea, but I don't think that our college provides great placements. Even if it provides placements because of many irrelevant things, it becomes very difficult for people to get benefits from the college placements. Many companies do not visit our campus. Well-informed people may get good placements from our college. There is a placement cell in our college named enactus, where students can get good information about our college placements.

I am disappointed with the faculty members.

Placements: Our college placement cell is really good. This year many companies who have global recognition also visited and recruited many students from our college. Companies like KPMG, HDFC Bank, etc., visited the campus for recruitment. One out of three students went through the process of recruitment. The college has a very strict rule for attendance due to which if students have attendance below the bar they won't be allowed to attend in the recruitment process, and they don't get NOC and LOR. So the ...

Review of Indraprastha College for Women.

Placements: Although there is a placement cell of the college, it does not make any efforts to find placements or internships for our department. All the efforts have to be taken by the student's themselves. Most of the pass out students of this year are joining masters in different universities.
