When I entered the College my life changed.

Placements: College is allover good but the faculty is not that much supportive. Syllabus and exams changes every year and backlogs are just normal thing in our university so if you can handle all over this you are most welcome. One thing the placement is absolutely good average student can get 4 lac placement.

Dissatisfied with the campus life. Academics and faculty is good.

Placements: Approximately 400 students were placed in my course in 2017. Top recruiting companies in our college include Microsoft, Hitachi, Accenture, MedLife, etc. Top roles offered in my specialisation course of CS include cloud architect, cloud developer, etc. The highest package offered in our college for this field is 9 LPA.

An honest review of GLA University.

Placements: Placements in GLA University are awesome. Reputed companies like Microsoft, Samsung, Amazon and few startup companies recruit students. The placement team is very cooperative and enthusiastic for students.

Nice place for the ones who really wants to study.

Placements: Placements are good here especially in CSE. Almost 80% of the last batch of computer Science and engineering has been placed with an average package of 3 lacs per annum in the companies like cognizant, TCS etc. Package is not so good though your hard work and your knowledge will help.

The college is good among all the fields.

Placements: The placements are good on the campus, and the placement percentage is 95%. Seniors are placed in well-reputed companies. From many years, the graph of placement increases, and in the coming years, if the students want to get a good job, this is the best university in choice and get complete satisfaction in all aspects.

College Review of GLA University, Mathura.

Placements: A large no. of students are placed every year but the package is low. Average package is approximately 2.8 Lacs. Though the bright and talented ones get higher packages, they are very few. The highest package offered is 22 Lacs. Looking at the bright side, the college has a decent placement. Maximum candidates are placed.

The placement is good but dissatisfied with the faculty and college rules and regulations.

Placements: The placements are good. For CSE, the placement percent is almost 90%. In session 2017-2018, India's top 6 companies such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Concentrix, Torry Harris and Capgemini visited the college, and there are 476 students placed in these companies. But there is no core company for mechanical branch. In the placement, there is very less chance that you can get a very high amount of salary. But there are high chances that you can get placement. These details are only for B.Tech.

Dissatisfied with faculty members, curriculum, and placement

Placements: The placements given by this university are not up to the mark. Clearly speaking, the university has an average placement of just 2.5 - 3 lakh per annum. The highest package ever offered by this university was 22 lakh by a Japanese company to just 2 students in the year 2015. The working condition of the job was so depressing that the students left their jobs in one year. The lowest salary ever offered to the university's students is 1.5 lakh. The university has an excellent placement record of ...

Dissatisfied with GLA University. Don't get attracted to the advertisements

Placements: GLA provides various opportunities for placements. But most of the companies for mechanical students are for sales, technical recruiter-type profiles. A few companies like GKN driveline, Kirloskar Pumps and Afcons visited the campus for placements but these are not enough as the strength of the mechanical department is about 370- 400 students. While for computer science students, many companies visited the campus like Amazon, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. But placements for all other branches were ...

A great college to study in. A lot of focus is given on academics. The curriculum is well designed to meet the needs of the industry. The campus life is good provided you take the hostel. The annual fest- SPANDAN is really very enjoyable and provides a platform to showcase your talent. Events and activities are conducted throughout the year for overall development of the student. Labs are well equipped, a conference hall is also present for seminars. A large number of companies, visit the colleg...

Overall thing are good but rooms are suffocated, ventilation is not proper. Classrooms are huge, full of seats and comfortable. The food in the mess is average. Playground is good. The faculty is good but from those some faculty members are always prepared to help the students. The atmosphere of the campus is not too good. Transport have many problems because college is in outside area that’s why there is no proper vehicle.

Faculty is good but after the college converting into the university the crowd is getting worse. The faculty is strict with students and try to maintain high level of discipline inside the campus. Campus is just fine but yes mechanical engineering faculty is highly supportive to all the students and yes labs are also good and equipped. But do try to clear U.P.T.U. GLA cannot be a priority as a college but yea it can be an option

The college is situated around 17 km away from Mathura, so for movie or other fun activities you have to travel 17 km. And if I talk about the studies, all the best faculty especially in mechanical engineering have left. So I will not suggest anyone to take admission.

The college has a good Infrastructure and helps maintain discipline Home like Hostel Food is available here, LAN cables are provided in every hostel room. Theoretical Classes are good. Bad: For practical sufficient equipments were not available. We were not allowed to touch machines. Only lab assistant used to show us practicals. In 2012, placement were not very good. It is an expensive college with average facilities and exposure. First year of the college is a fantasy world but from second year you actually know what it is. The college can change the rules and regulations anytime. Every year a subsequent increase in mess and hostel fee though the quality of food is degrading.

Though it lacks in few areas because of administration, which has lot to improve for the future of the students. Location proximity to Delhi helps in placements. Life was great there because of friends but lear...

About the GLA University campus in Mathura.

Placements: There are approximately three thousand students in my placed course. The average package is around four Lacs, and the highest is around forty-four. Top recruiters companies are Capgemini, Accenture, and Wipro. Not much enough but yes some top super one fifty batch students get the internship from the university.
