The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition is an autonomous hospitality institute in Dadar West (Mumbai), operating under the Ministry of Tourism (Govt. of India). Established in 1954 by the All India Women's Central Food Council, it is one of the most prestigious institutes in the respective category of institutions in South East Asia.
