Everything is good in this college.
Placements: Placement percentage: Around 90% of students get placed. Salary packages: The highest salary package is around 50 LPA, the lowest is around 3.5 LPA, and the average is around 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Amazon, Finastra, Robert Bosch, Dell, PWC, Kloudgin, HP Inc, Temenos, Informatica, MAQ Software, NPCI, Salesforce, and Rapyuta Robotics. Roles offered: Software developer, tester, software engineering, software testing, software development, data analytics, networking, and many more. Internships: Around 75% of students get internships in TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: The physical and organizational structures that support the teaching and learning process. This includes buildings, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, internet connectivity, and other facilities. Classrooms, libraries, laboratories, sports facilities, medical rooms, sanitation facilities, and computer labs.
Faculty: Helpful: Teachers are helpful, humble, and cooperative. Qualified: Teachers are well-educated and have years of experience. Knowledgeable: Teachers are knowledgeable and explain doubts multiple times. Teaching quality: Teaching quality is very good. Curriculum: The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready.
Other: This course provides me with the knowledge and skills necessary to tackle environmental challenges, which I believe is crucial for our future. There are always fests and campus activities, and scholarships are provided.

Comprehensive College Experience: Strong Academics, Supportive Placements, and Scope for Growth.
Placements: The placement cell is very supportive and actively helps students. Most of the students secure placements in mass-recruiter companies such as Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Comviva. Additionally, top-tier companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Cisco also visit the campus for recruitment. For the CSE branch, the highest package offered last year was 42 LPA, achieved by a student through an off-campus placement with Autodesk. Only a few students receive on-campus internship offers after the 2nd year. However, students maintaining a CGPA of 8 or above are likely to secure at least one internship by the end of the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is impressive, with most classrooms being smart, and equipped with AC, smartboards, or projectors. Labs are well-equipped, with both Windows and Ubuntu systems for CSE students. The library provides PCs, books for issue, and space for self-study, though it closes at 9 PM daily and is shut on Sundays. Wi-Fi is available in hostels, labs, classrooms, and the library. Hostel facilities are well-maintained, with daily cleaning by housekeeping staff. Medical facilities include an OPD until 7 PM, and emergency cases are handled by SUM Hospital with ambulance service. However, the mess food might be disappointing. The sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Most teachers are highly qualified, holding M. Tech or Ph.D. from NITs/IITs. The curriculum is industry-relevant, covering Java, data structures, front-end and back-end development, and DSA for internships. Exams are easier in odd semesters but tougher in even semesters due to limited study time.
Other: I chose this college for its location in Odisha's capital and its focus on entrepreneurship, aligning with my goal of becoming a tech entrepreneur. The course is practical, but adding Spring Boot and React could improve it. While there are no fests, monthly tech events are organized. Scholarships of ₹30,000 per year are offered to students with 80% in 10th and 12th, provided they maintain a minimum 8 CGPA each semester without backlogs. The lack of cultural events is disappointing, but the emphasis on technical activities is a positive aspect.

Very Costly College You Can Choose if You Have a Lot of Money.
Placements: From the 6th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The companies that have visited the campus include Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, Accenture, and Microsoft. I don't have enough information about placements as I am currently in the 3rd semester. Internship programs are provided by many organizations and companies so that students can showcase their skills and gain knowledge and experience. This exposure will help them secure better placements in the future, so the internship opportunities are good.
Infrastructure: Rooms in some hostels are very good, while others are very bad. Three-sharing non-AC rooms cost the same as four-sharing non-AC rooms. No water coolers are allowed, so students have to stay in the summers without coolers. The food quality is very poor; if you want to eat good food, you must stay outside the campus. There are many clubs to work on your interests, social groups to help society, and cultural programs, but no fests are conducted, which is a downside. Overall, campus life is good. The library has a good collection of technical books. Classrooms are spacious and digitally updated. Laboratories are well-lit and airy. There are cricket grounds, a volleyball court, and a badminton court.
Faculty: The curriculum is not very hard; it is of moderate level. If a student focuses on what the teacher is teaching, they will definitely score good marks. End-semester exams are held approximately every 3-4 months, as are mid-semester exams. The faculty-to-student ratio is not very good. Some faculty members are very helpful, while others are not. The faculty I like the most is our calculus teacher. Overall, there are four exams in an academic year: two mid-semester and two end-semester exams.

SOA Inter B.Tech CSE BBSR.
Placements: Above 90% of students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 48 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, and Google are the top companies that visit our campus for placements. Above 70% of students get internships in this college. Students may come to have a good future.
Infrastructure: Everything is good. Labs, classrooms, and all other rooms are air-conditioned. The hostel is good but not that much. Mess is above average. As we know, SUM Hospital is also a campus of SOA, so medical facilities are also good. Football court and basketball court are available on campus 1. The hostel is not that good so don't go for hostel in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. The passing percentage should be above 55%. This college is better for students who want a good-tier college. Faculty members are much better. Students should score at least 6 SGPA or have to appear for back papers.
Other: Events are not conducted in this college.

ITER has more than 3000 students in CSE branch.. So to get placed you need to be extraordinary
