Review of JD Birla Institute.
Placements: Placements in our college are good and provide good exposure to the students. JD Birla Institute is one of the best colleges in Kolkata and has tie-ups with good companies which in turn help students for placements. It is worth studying there.
Infrastructure: The college provides us with all the required infrastructure like a good library, adequate area for sports, good canteen with lots of food etc. The college has good and well-maintained classrooms with air-conditioning facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and they try to provide the best to the students. I have gained good practical and theoretical knowledge in the college which is helpful for my career. The course curriculum is well designed.
Other: Many fests and seminars are held in the college. Self-development classes are also conducted.

A review of JD Birla Institute.
Placements: The internships provided by the college were in well-known NGOs. There was no such stipend provided, but our performance was evaluated by the organisation. The placement cell is good. We got the option to choose which organisation we would like to work in, and accordingly, an effort was made to contact the organisation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good, especially the labs. They have a large library full of journals which are useful for research. Classrooms are well-equipped. There are a canteen and recreational area for students to relax. The building is well-maintained.
Faculty: Professors in the college are helpful and well-qualified. The course curriculum keeps changing and is moving towards practical exposure. The teachers are friendly, and they know you one to one. If you are really keen on working in NGOs and Montessori, then this is the right place to get exposure.

The college has the good infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: It is mandatory for all the students to intern for a few months to get exposure to the practical world. The students are placed in various non-governmental organisations as well as multinational corporations. Non-governmental organisations include hope foundation and NGOs outside Kolkata. Multinational corporations include Tate Steel.
Infrastructure: The Wi-fi campus with air-conditioned classrooms. The library has a wide variety of books on almost all the subjects. There is the Xerox facility on the campus. There is a utility store to buy the essentials. The canteen has the pure vegetarian, and they have a good menu every day. There is an infirmary too. There are different labs for the different courses. For human development, there are two labs for the students.
Faculty: The faculty members are supportive and create a favourable atmosphere for the students. The faculty members are always approachable. For faster grasping, the modules are shown on the smart boards. The course curriculum is divided into six semesters, i.e. two semesters per year and is relevant for the students. More than the theory, the practical approach is taught for the students.
