Amazing hostel life of JEC.
Placements: 75 percent of students were placed from our college. The highest package of JEC is 11 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. In our college many different and big recruiting companies provide placement to the students of JEC, with the highest package from famous companies like TCS, Mahindra and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Hostel life of JEC is the best. Hostel campus is full of greenery and a playground is there where students play cricket, football and other outdoor game. Hostel facility is very good with good infrastructure. Mess facility is average. In my college, the newest branch is Artificial intelligence. Sports and games are provided by the college committee. NCC DEPARTMENT is present in my college. There is a beautiful lake behind our called Robertson lake.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they are highly educated with lots of knowledge. They teach us like our friends. They support us to get good placement. Many sports programs are organised in our college like vnmct, Aavahan, inter College competition, etc.
Other: College provides many scholarships for the students and gives them financial support. Many extracurricular activities are held for the students so that they can improve themselves.

It is a very old college with good placement records, good faculty behavior, and helpful.
Placements: It is a college with average placement. Every year, 50% of students are placed in the best companies on campus, and other students get off-campus placements. Top companies recruiting students from our college include IBM, TCS, Deltax Mantra, L&T, Tejasv, Reliance, Coding Ninjas, and many others. Top roles are HR.
Infrastructure: JEC College infrastructure is of good quality. The department has separate classrooms for all year students. Hostel and college both have Wi-Fi available. All subject labs and lab teachers are present. In the library, all types of technology books are available. Medical and sports facilities are good, with grounds available for all games.
Faculty: Our college is very helpful with careers, subjects, projects, and many basic needs. The professors at this college are well-qualified, with all teachers having passed from IIT and NIT colleges, holding M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. This college has a 99.9% pass rate. It provides industry-based knowledge to all students.
Other: Basically, I want an IT field job because I am interested in IT and computer skills. The best thing about this course is that it is very good technology, and hard work makes things easier and simpler. The college students and faculty organize many events and fests. It is a very old college, so it has very good alumni connections, and it has the best connectivity to the bus, railway, and airport.

Reviewing Jabalpur Engineering College.
Placements: Generally, 70-80% students of Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology get placed with average packages of 5 Lacs, but this year, our college faced a big downfall in placements due to recession. Very less no. of students of this batch got placed till now.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is average. As it is the oldest government college of Central India, it's buildings are very old, some of them are maintained well but the rest are like old haveli's which have been empty from years with no one living inside. The college has a total of 9 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels. Mess food is not good but you have an option of tiffin services.
Faculty: College has many experienced and qualified teachers, but in the end, it's your responsibility to complete the course as they are not able to complete the whole course within the given time. The fact is that, in the end you have to learn everything from youtube. Our college is autonomous, so the preparations and checking of the exam papers is done within the college.

Really affordable college.
Placements: A significant proportion, approximately 50-60%, of the students successfully secure placements as numerous companies visit the college to extend placement offers. The average package offered stands at 4-5 Lacs per annum, however, several students manage to secure higher packages. In my field, software development, the majority of the roles offered pertain to this domain. Despite this, the overall placement rate remains average.
Infrastructure: The college building infrastructure is satisfactory, striking a balance between luxury and simplicity. Some labs are equipped with functional systems and Wi-Fi, while others lack these amenities. The hostel facilities are reasonably priced and offer good quality, while the mess food is average.
Faculty: This college boasts a team of highly skilled faculty members. It conducts two midsemester exams and concludes with final exams. The college holds a prestigious reputation as a government institution, with all teachers being government employees who possess exceptional qualifications. However, the management of the college falls short of expectations.

Onwards on wings, JEC Jabalpur.
Placements: The highest package is around 10–15 LPA; the average package is around 4-6 LPA. The top recruiters at my college are HCL Teach, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and Teach Mahindra. In my course, software engineer is the main role offered by the top companies. An average of 40–50% of students got placed in my college.
Infrastructure: All the necessary facilities are provided by the college, like a Wi-Fi connection, a library, sports grounds, etc. All the facilities are provided in the hostel, and there is a big sports field in the hostel. There are 8+ boys hostels and 3+ girls hostels in my college. The library is decent in our college. There are about ten thousand volumes of books in our college library. The library contains all the standard books recommended by the university.
Faculty: All the staff and professors are very down to earth. They help us in every situation. All the faculty members are highly qualified. Of course, college curriculum makes students perform well in the IT industry. The level of the semester exam is medium, but before the exam, teachers strictly check all the students. If any student tries to heat up in an exam, teachers will take strict action against him.
Other: One of the best things about this college is the feeling. The feel of this college is very low compared to other colleges. Aavahan is the annual sports festival of JEC. This festival organized various games competitions such as cricket, badminton, kho-kho, futsal, volleyball, etc. JEC has for its regular students all the national and state scholarships available to the eligible candidates. State scholarship for the welfare and promotion of ST, SC, OBC, and the child of landless agriculture labor. There are many clubs in my college: E-cell JEC (Entrepreneurship Cell JEC), GDSC (Google-Developed Student Club, JEC), Raag (Music Club of JEC), DANCEON ( Dance Club of JEC), Kaarwaa. N (NGO Club of JEC) and many more.
