Q:   I got 14513 rank in TS EAMCET (obc). Can I get seat in JNTUH.

A:
Based on the previous year's cutoff, a rank of 14513 in TS EAMCET under the OBC category may not be sufficient to get a seat in the B.Tech programs at JNTUH. However, the cutoff varies every year, and it is difficult to predict the exact cutoff for the current academic year. The cutoff for admission to the B.Tech programs at JNTUH through TS EAMCET varies every year and depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, the availability of seats, and the category of the candidate. It is difficult to predict the exact cutoff for the current academic year. However, based on the previous year's cutoff, the minimum TS EAMCET rank required for admission to the B.Tech programs at JNTUH was around 20,000 to 25,000 for the general category, and for the OBC category, the cutoff was around 30,000 to 35,000. Please note that the cutoff varies every year, and it is advisable to check the official website of JNTUH or the TS EAMCET counselling website for the latest cutoff ranks. Also, meeting the cutoff rank does not guarantee admission to the programme as the final seat allotment depends on the availability of seats, the candidate's preference, and other factors.

In the year of 2021-2022, the placements are very high.
Placements: The average package of our college is 7 LPA. Mostly the highest packages are from the CSE or ECE department. Top recruiting companies are TCS, NCR Corporation, Oracle, MathWorks, IKEA, and NVIDIA. The internship percentage is 90 percent. According to it, it is mostly off campus.
Infrastructure: In the central library, the Wi-Fi speed is so high. Labs are very nice according to the equipment. The classrooms look like IITs or NITs. The hostel food is good. Free medicine and mess, canteen facilities, sports games, indoor stadiums, and many facilities are there in the JNTUH.
Faculty: The faculty is good at JNTUH because mostly the faculty are Ph.D. holders, and they teach very well. They tell what it is about life. The difficulty level of the semester exam in this college is moderate. The pass percentage is 70 percent. In this course, the curriculum is not relevant.
Other: I chose ECE because I had an interest in electronics. I wish to learn more about this course.

This college is best for education. Interested students can go for it.
Placements: Placements are average. Students will be placed based on their own skills. Faculty will support them, but in the end, students have to fight on their own. At the end of the second year, we will get chances for internships or placement opportunities. Students be aware of them and must perform well to get good package.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure and maintenance. We have a gym, swimming pool, kabaddi, kho-kho, and other games one can play. The campus is full of greenery. Mess and hostels are okay. I think it is the same for all hostels.
Faculty: In JNTU Hyderabad, paper correction is very tough compared to other colleges, so students need to study carefully to pass the exam. The curriculum is also good.
Other: I am interested in this department, so I joined this college, which is also a top college in Telangana.

Faculty: Teachers were very good, they explained very well. They encouraged us to reach our goal. They cleared our doubts and explained if we didn't understand. Semester exams were very tough every semester. 75% of the students passed the semester exams.

All about my experience at JNTU.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of students are placed from our college. The highest package in our course is 50 Lacs per annum. And the average package is 6 Lacs per annum. And we get placements from different companies, which are almost MNC companies only. I like placements also.
Infrastructure: In our department, almost all facilities are available, like Wi-Fi and lab equipment for all projects. We have a separate department library too. Almost all types of books are available. And we have a canteen; the food will also be nice; we have all types of snacks.
Faculty: All the professors who teach us are all experienced professors only. All professors will be friendly with us and teach us well. They will clarify all doubts to us. All semester exams are somewhat tough only. We should read all topics, then only we can attempt the exams.
Other: I chose ECE because I am interested in the electronics side. And we can learn about both hardware and software too. For students, colleges provide fee reimbursement also. College surroundings are fully covered with trees. And every festival is celebrated grandly.

My college: My opinion.
Placements: In our college, most approximately 60-70% of the students are getting selected in placements with an annual package of an average of 6LPA to 20LPA. And the highest package of our college is 46LPA. Students are also available for internships. Having different sessions and seminars on various sources.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a better infrastructure and also provides hostel facilities for the students who are far away from 50 kms from the college , with free Wi-Fi, food, beds, etc. , and allocated 4 members for a room. And also a canteen is available in the college.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is good with senior professors. They help us in many ways to get more knowledge. They encourage us for new innovations. We're having a semester for five months and in between having two mid-examinations. The pass percentage depends on the credit of the subject and the students’ required minimum of 25% of credit to promote to the next year.
Other: JNTU is the topmost college in Telangana state. It has better placements. The college conducts various events for freshers, etc .
