This course has a bright future in the coming years.
Placements: In our college, around 95% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies visit our campus. Students are not given proper standard training to work for the company. Companies don't come with the intent of picking students for a higher salary package.
Infrastructure: The library, classrooms, and Wi-Fi are available. The food served is good. There are indoor games and a gym. The food menu repeats every week. There is no special menu. Fees have been taken without any concession. Our college facilities are excellent. It should focus more on the methods for training with standard facilities.
Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. The company is outdated due to its shift towards specific technologies. We teach in traditional ways. Our teachers are supposed to teach students logically. The syllabus is from VTU and is outdated, it needs to be changed.
Other: This course is good. Our college organises events to make the students more interactive. Toppers are awarded but sports still need to improve.

It is a good college with good placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 80% of students are placed. The highest salary package was 5 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top role offered is software development engineer. Top recruiting companies were HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Delta X, VIT, PRAXIS, Sasken, Agile Point, and NSOFT.
Infrastructure: Hostels are clean and well-furnished. There are triple-sharing rooms for girls and double-sharing rooms for boys. The hostel is good and in a good location. There are separate bathrooms for separate rooms. Overall, the hostel is good.
Faculty: Teachers are the best part of our college. They are always willing to assist. They are understanding. They have good knowledge of the subjects. The pass percentage is 80%. Exams are easy. We can score well by learning from text books only.

Good faculty but placements are less.
Placements: The placement at the college is not up to par compared to KSIT. The lowest package is around 2.5 LPA and the average is 3.5 LPA. Internships should be done at our own college. Infosys,, TCS, and all the big companies will come, but selection of students in this college is very limited.
Infrastructure: infrastructure is really good and better than any other college. The library has a huge collection of text books that are very useful to the students and Wi-Fi is available only for study purposes. Classrooms are totally good and smart boards are all available in every classroom.
Faculty: The faculty is very friendly and they teach us in a very good and useful way. Labs are all easy to handle and semester exams are not so difficult or easy either. Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. There is no doubt about that. Passing marks are 35 on board and the percentage should be at least 65 for better placements.
Other: All good.

I am not satisfied with this college, and I would not recommend students to join this college.
Placements: Placements are not good. No companies that visit our college to hire students. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. I would not recommend students to join this college if they want good placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. The food served in the hostel is not good. Hostel rooms are average, and washing machine is not provided. Wi-Fi is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are not supportive. They will never give us good marks in internals. Internal papers are easy because they want their students to score good makes.
Other: Events and fests are not conducted.

Personal review of K S School of Engineering and Management after being a student since 2019.
Placements: We have about 40% my batchmates are placed in a company by the starting of the final year meaning by 7th semester. They're will be ample of opportunities for students to get placed as almost a number close to 40 companies approximately have already come for placements and the final year is just starting out. We have a erage package of 3 to 4 Lacs and the highest that came was around 7 Lacs and the lowest was 2.6 Lacs. There are companies like TCS that have already come during the 6th semester's break, but the biggest companies like Wipro, Microsoft, Amazon usually appear for placements around the end of 7th semester or 8th semester starting. Even companies appear for internships and a lot of people, statistically speaking almost 20 to 30 students have got internship in companies like Avaali, and multiple startups. The roles you usually get is in the field of development of software engineering. But every once in now and then we get roles like consulting engineer, developer intern.
Infrastructure: We have huge state of the art facilities for labs and getting a hands on experience with the computers and we'll be exposed to the actual working environment. We have Wi-Fi available for connecting our personal laptops to having top notch systems for getting hands on experience. We have a canteen that is pretty much good but we always opt for going out for eating and there are a wide variety of options outside the college, we have a stationary shop where we can get all our Xerox and prints from within the college. So everything you need, is within the college and if you do also want to go out, there are multiple options for it.
Faculty: Teachers are fantastic with very easy going character. You don't have the typical grumpy teachers. And everyone performs and exceeds their teaching activities and you will understand every subject they teach. They are always approachable on and off duty hours. The course offers you industry ready techniques whilst giving you a touch of how the environment is in the IT sector, the teaching for labs go hand in hand with live sessions on the system meaning you'll be performing labs whilst they teach the subject. To summarise you'll be implementing what you've learnt simultaneously along with numerous projects to learn and understand what you've learnt in the entire duration of the course. The subjects aren't that difficult at all. I mean, if you have the intent of learning subjects related to computer Science, this is a place to be in.
Other: My batch is 130 strong, with already 40 to 50 place in a company by the starting of the final year. Computer Science is a booming industry and I always was intrigued about computers and other technologies. The crowd along with other the co-curricular activities are top notch. We have the prestigious Google Developer Students Club which is among one of the 800 communities around the world. We also have multiple in house communities that organize multiple technology related and cultural related activities. Our college provides more importance to sports and we are actively competing in different sports in different tournaments.
