Overall good but should focus on practical and placements more.
Placements: 50% were placed. The highest was 7 lakhs and the lowest was 2lakhs
Samsung was the top recruiter. Developer post was offered. No one was offered internship, there is no such internship scenario in our college
In my course, the highest package was 3.8 lakhs and min was 2 Lacs. Top role is of analyst.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility was not provided in the hostel however provided only at the labs and classrooms even at the library. Food was awesome in the hostel, medical facilities was Good, sports activities was very good. Canteen was great, has awesome food and space.
Faculty: Faculty were good, helpful, enough qualified and knowledgeable as well. Their friendly attitude helps us to learn a lot. Yes, often the course helps us to explore and gives us an equal opportunity to showcase our talent. We have several Industrial visits as well which helps us to improve our quality of education.
Other: I choose this course because of my interest in electronics. Teachers should focus more on practical rather than theory. Everything other than education was also good.

Overall, it is a good place for studies and discipline, but it lacks in terms of placements.
Placements: The college attracts the students from all over India, but it has drastically slowed down, and the main reason behind it is the drop in the placement graph of the college. Placements of my batch were partial for IT/CS background but were very poor for core branches. Nowadays, only BPOs turn out to the campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: This is one of the best colleges in terms of academics and facilities in the vicinity of Nagpur. Greenery is surrounded by the college, and the environment of the college is good. There is a beautiful lawn to add beauty to it. Class and lab facilities are excellent with proper arrangements for the students.The hostel in the college is good, and food provided in the mess is great and hygienic. Library and gym facilities are excellent. Indoor stadium is the best, and there is an excellent lush green outdoor field.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very rigid and tight with lots of tests and exams. It is mandatory for the students to perform in all aspects to get a good score in internal exams. The faculty members are excellent, well-qualified and experienced with a great enthusiasm to teach. Some senior faculty members are excellent, well-experienced, and helpful to all the students.
Other: Good tech fests are organised by the final year students in the college. Some great forums like ISTE, IEEE, and NSS are present in the college.

Our college is 32 years old college with a good reputation.
Placements: This time, the placements offered are low. Till now, only nine placements are done for CT/IT branch only. Previous year batch, i.e., our seniors had very good placements for nearly 100 students. From the previous year to this year, the salaries offered by the companies were 1.8 LPA to 5 LPA and average offered was 2.8 LPA. In the previous year, some core companies visited, but this time the core companies were only for CT/IT, and other were marketing, BPO, consultancy, etc.
Our college doesn't permit doing the internships. We can only do training or internship after the holidays of semester exam that also for 1 month only. There is a placement cell which was helpful until last year because of X-TNP head, but now's TNP head has not much experience.
Infrastructure: Our college has given us many good facilities like Wi-Fi it is in every lab, our labs are of good quality with the strength of taking 15-20 students with good quality of equipment. Our classrooms are also good with large rooms and good benches. Our library is the largest among the RTMNU colleges with every types of books, and it has the strength of taking 200+ students. The medical facilities are not good in our colleges. We have to go to nearer clinics for anything. Every year, there are competitions held in our college every year of all types of sports, i.e., individual, team, indoor, outdoor, and at last the maximum number of winners in the year wins the trophy. Our college canteen uses the best quality of food products. The amount of money we pay for the hostels in that our hostel rooms are very good. In college infrastructure, our college is having one of the best campuses in RTMNU colleges, and we are getting every year number 1 in greenery award. Our college campus is 50-acres.
Faculty: Some teachers are qualified, i.e., M.Tech and the others are doing their M.Tech while teaching us. We have many PhD holders also.
Our teaching quality is good. The teaching methods are old, i.e., chalk and board for some chapters or topics projectors are used. Our students to teachers ratio are 15:1. We go to the companies for one time in 3 years for one day other than that we don't get any exposure.
Other: We have many events that are technical events only. Non-technical events are not done in our college. Every year, there is 1 big cultural fest and a big fest of 2-3 days which are average. It all depends on 4-year students, but every fest or event is stopped before 7 pm in our college. Our campus crowd is special in breaks. Our campus surrounding is sweet and calm. We get every type of government scholarships. We have 22 kinds of international forums, nations, and branch forums which do extracurricular activities.

Other: Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS) is at Ramtek in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Ramtek is well known for its clean environment and natural beauty. The college has well maintained classrooms and well qualified teachers. Most of the teachers have M. Tech or Ph.D. in their streams. I will give 4 stars for Electronics, Electronics and communication, Computer and IT engineering stream and 2 stars for Mechanical engineering stream. I am less aware about Civil engineering stream. The teachers in Mechanical engineering stream are good but its placements are below average. The college has well experienced and interactive T & P officer. Our principal is highly qualified and has been awarded ideal principal by Nagpur University. College has a big library where you can find any books. Library doesn't keep story books and novels. Magazines related to projects, research and technical issues are always available. The college has hostel facility for girls and boys separately. It has well maintained laboratories with all the resources required for practical. Some companies also visit the college campus. Most of the companies visiting are IT based. They provide salaries ranging between Rs.18.5- 4L per annum, which varies company to companies and depends on the performance of students. College is 40 Km away from Nagpur city. So, there is difficulty in taking up any coaching for further preparation. Teachers provide each and every study material and explain them in class itself. They give their best in teaching and complete the syllabus within time. Practical are awesome. Overall, I will recommend you to opt for this college.

It is an evergreen campus and has experienced faculty members, but they offer poor placements.
Placements: Placements in our college were not that good for our batch. Around 40% of our seniors got placed from college. Companies like Capgemini, Amazon, etc., visited the campus to recruit students. The salary package offered was ranging from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Placements are good for only CS and IT. For the rest of the branches, students have to go for off campus drives. Our college does not provide any internship programme.
Infrastructure: KITS Ramtek has a good evergreen campus, with high-speed Wi-Fi, and good lab facilities. There were good outdoor and indoor sports facilities. Both girls and boys hostels were in hostel premises. Hostel rooms were awesome, and they served good quality of food. For non- hostellers, college canteen was a good option. One should not worry about medical facilities. It was available on campus premises only.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were good. Most of them were experienced. Lectures were very supportive, and lab assistants were very helpful. Apart from classroom teaching, they only provide industrial visits. The student to faculty ratio was 20:1. Almost 75% of attendance was compulsory to give exams.
Other: The campus premises were good. Various days were celebrated on the campus like a plantation, engineers, environmental, etc. The clubs and forums like ISTE, IEEE, etc., were conducted on various technical and non-technical events and fests.
