Placements: Placement is very good in my college. Placements: Around 80%-90% of students get placed from IT, CSE, and ECE branches every year through on-campus placements. The average salary offered is 3.6-4 LPA CTC. The highest package offered by Microsoft is 40 LPA CTC through off-campus placements.

Placements: Our college is not great or the lowest on campus. Our college recently upgraded to tier 2 from tier 3 and it is the 2nd college in West Bengal. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. TCS, CTS, and Wipro come to our college for recruiting and they hired a large number of students. Some good companies also coming like Amazon, Microsoft, etc. Almost 90% of students are placed every year in our college.

Placements: Many students get placed in companies including tire 1,2 and 3 respectively. The highest salary package offered is about 20 LPA, the lowest salary package is about 3.4 LPA and the average salary package is about 4 to 6 LPA. Many types of internship opportunities are available. Some recruiters like TCS (Ninja & digital), CTS, Hexaware, Infosys, Kreeti Technology Pvt. Ltd., Tata Power, etc. are recruiting students.

More than 50% students get internships in many companies like Pinnacle, Siemens, but it depends upon their skills and knowledge mass recruiter, CA, HR, etc.

Placements: In the Information Technology branch, the placement scenario is quite the same as computer science students in the case of on-campus placements. Day by day, the number of students getting off-campus placements is increasing and it totally depends on your DSA, problem-solving skills, development skill other than the department.

The highest package offered was 9 LPA, and the lowest package was 3.2 LPA. The average package was 4 LPA. The main recruiters for the mechanical department are HCL, Hindustan Unilever etc.

Placements: If you think to study engineering in KGEC then I will recommend please choose CSE and IT department, because the companies come to recruit final year students maximum are software companies.
