Placements: About 70-80% of the students from the mechanical department got placed this year. Almost 90% of the students got placed from courses like CSE, ECE and IT courses. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and CTS are the main companies of the IT sector, which recruits a huge amount of students at the college. All of the students get a chance to do an internship.

Placements: The placement aspect of the college was quite decent. Although due to various factors, the placement percentage in our passing out year was less than usual, on average it was pretty good over the 4 years. Placements: The companies which visit our campus are mass recruiters only. I haven't seen a product based company at our college since I joined. To be honest some of the students end up getting an internship from big MNCs like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc., putting their effort. College placement percentage is 100 for our batch considering mass recruiters on the play.

Placements: Percent of placement is very low in our course. Anyone can get maximum 70k+ salary and minimum 20k+ salary. But in the core branches like electrical, mechanical, the scenario is not that good. One from each branch is placed in a core company like Haldia Petrochemical.
