    Educational heart of Chennai.
Placements: Placement is good but not satisfactory. 70% of students are placed, but students placed in MNC companies are very few. Mostly, students are placed in Chennai-based pharma companies. Shapoorji Pallonji hired 5 students, but in Cipla, Lupin, and Dr. Reddy's, 8 students were placed. Salary depends on many factors, but 30,000/month is mostly offered. Roles include test right, information executive, and biotech technician. Tip: Placement is difficult for low-grade students, so maintain your grades.
Infrastructure: The college is located in the heart of Chennai City, which is why there is pollution, noise from vehicles, and lots of traffic. Loyola College has the biggest library in the entire Chennai city. The annual fest "The Ovation" is celebrated in February; film artists visit the campus at that time. The facilities and technologies provided in classrooms are first class. We have smart classrooms on campus. Hostel facilities are good; all rooms have charging points and shared beds. Food is given 3 days a week non-veg, and the remaining days veg only. Canteen food is not good; they need to change the cook.
Faculty: Honestly, some faculty behavior is rude, but most teachers are very polite in nature. They are passionate, sincere, caring, and supportive. Every student has an individual mentor; we can share our problems and academic doubts with them. Our college grading system is very different; scoring and passing is very difficult. The course curriculum is also very big and assigning house are less, needing all attention while teaching the subject.

Facilities provided by hostels is awesome.
Placements: Actually you get eligible for campus placement by the end of 6th semester many companies like Amazon, Infosys, Google, TCS, HCL, and many more companies visited our campus during a campus interview where many students got placed in good companies. The highest package given to a student is 150000 for a beginner and somewhat 70 percentage students got placed.
Infrastructure: The registration process for the hostel is simple. We have to fill a form and based on the vacancy they will be allotted a room for the students. The hostels costs around 90000 per year. The food is best. The quality of the hostel when considered to the price is really good.
Faculty: Biotechnology is the course I have chosen because of very broad job opportunities Every class has 30 students (max) and 5 faculty each one subject our faculty members have finished Ph.D. and with a very good teaching experience. The exams are not really difficult and we can easily pass out.

There is a complete development along with the academic and life skills knowledge.
Placements: The college has good placement offers. There is a five days training program for every final year students, who are expected to sit for the placements. Various pharmaceutical companies and the research laboratories come to hire the students. 80% of the students get selected from the courses like B com, BBA. The companies like Deloitte, Ernst and young visit the campus.
Infrastructure: The college has a huge infrastructure and is located in an easily communicable area of Chennai. It has huge grounds for cricket, football and badminton. The college so accommodates both the girls and boys hostel. It has a good canteen providing a good quality north Indian and south Indian food. The library is well-equipped with a digital library, where the student has access to the internet and an online published material. There is a separate gate for the railway station and another back gate, which is at the other end of the college. It has its bank and post office. The college provides parking facilities for both two wheelers and 4 wheelers. Every department has air-conditioned smart classrooms with good A/C labs.
Faculty: There are highly qualified teachers, and some teachers are alumni. They are approachable and ready to help the students. All the faculty members have PhDs. The teachers use various teaching methods like powerpoint, use of research papers, quizzes, library exposure. Many courses included industry exposure, e.g. to a pharmaceutical company or an instrument manufacturing company.
Other: The college has an emphasis on social work and the personality development along with the academics. The students have mandatory outreach experience in both rural and urban. There is a life skill training program for the students for personality development. The departments are asked to interact with each other so that there is sharing of knowledge and the information.
