Campus life at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placements of the college lie between average and good. Though the college doesn't give 100 percent placement, major job roles include software engineering. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, Accenture, etc. participate in the placement process of the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and moreover, it is still developing. Classrooms, libraries, labs, etc. have AC. The newly made classrooms also have smart boards for interactive study sessions. The college doesn't provide Wi-Fi for the students at the campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good, helpful, and knowledgeable. The curriculum, according to me, is average, as I think it should include more advanced subjects and courses that are trending these days. Also, the curriculum should include exposure to industrial training rather than book studies.
Other: The college organizes some good tech events, but cultural events are not good.

Ambiance and resources available.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 3 LPA, but it was in marketing segment. But, the placement cell continues to send emails about placements even after college is over, which is a good part as they are providing opportunities even after college ends.
Faculty: Faculty members were good enough, but a few faculty members were not well-trained and were unable to teach us properly or handle the class and students effectively. The exam pattern included two external exams every year for each semester, and in total, external exams were held six times in three years according to the semester schedule. Exam pattern was simple. The paper used to be 75 marks and 25 marks were internal marks that college used to give us by assessing our performance each semester. There were also internal exams of 25 marks each semester.

MAIT Review by ITE 2022-2026 Batch student!
Placements: In my course last year, almost 40 students were placed out of 60. Last year, the highest package offered was 30 LPA. But in our college on campus, the highest was 40 LPA; off campus, it was 95 LPA by Goldman Sachs. Companies like Amazon Dublin, Adobe, Honor AI, ZS Associates, etc. hired students last year. Generally, students get internships at startup-based companies.
Infrastructure: First of all, our college has a very small campus but is well designed. We have a huge library where students can study, or you can find most of the books in ours. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi on our campus, which is really disappointing for students. We have a small football field, and we have multiple canteens where you can refresh. You can find PGs near colleges, where most students live.
Faculty: We have well-qualified professors, mostly with doctorate degrees, but I would not say they are knowledgeable. The course is designed in such a way that you will be industry-ready. We have two exams in each semester; one is the midterm college-level exam. And the second is the end-term examination, which is the university-level exam. Both are easy to pass because of lenient checking.

Library is good. It has varieties of books and space for self-study.
Placements: Students are eligible to sit for campus placements in their 5th or 6th semester. Various companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, etc. visit the campus every year. The average package ranges from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. A good amount of students get placed from each department.
Infrastructure: Campus life is average. But if you're interactive and have skills, you're definitely going to rock. Join societies and participate in competitions. Sports competitions also get held many times. You can also participate in hackathons and all when held. Basically, you get many opportunities to grow yourself.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite approachable. During and after lecture hours, they are available to solve the doubts of students. Almost all of them are highly skillful and knowledgeable in their respective domains. There are 2 semesters in a year. The semester-end exam is of 60 marks, continuous assessment 1 of 20 marks, continuous assessment 2 of 20 marks, practical examination 50 marks, and 5 marks for attendance.

The library of this college is very decent.
Placements: We have decent placements in this college. The highest salary package offered is 64 LPA in this college. Top companies like Microsoft, D.E Shaw, and ZS visit the campus for campus placements. The average salary package offered in this college is 8 LPA. In the CS branch, almost 80% of students got good placements. If students maintain their CGPA and have coding skills, they can crack decent placements in this college.
Infrastructure: The campus life is good. There are many societies in our college like a literary society, dancing society, photography society, rapping society, and coding society. Students must be involved in these societies, which helps in their overall growth and development. It also improves their social skills about how to talk to someone.
Faculty: The faculty-student ratio is quite good for our college. Each professor is approachable. In our batch, there is one mid-semester and one external exam. We have one internal and one external practical. For new batches,t there are two mid-semester exams. The internal exams are conducted for 40 marks, and external exams are conducted for 60 marks. For our course, internal exams are conducted for 25 marks, and external exams for 75 marks.

The college is good with good faculty.
Placements: Placements at MAIT have been increasing, but it all boils down to the quality of students. As an Active Placement Cell Coordinator and Corporate Relations Member, the college tries its best to invite companies on campus. DEShaw, Adobe, and Atlassian are big names, and the count will definitely increase. The highest package off-campus goes as high as 1 Cr+. This depends on the student, but the students are capable; if the institute offers more support, these figures will improve significantly.
Infrastructure: MAIT has a decent campus with decent facilities. Labs are not up to the best mark but work okay; there is definitely a need to improve them. The library is probably the best part of it—well-maintained and equipped. The canteen is decent as well, with fairly low rates. Sports facilities are practically non-existent and need improvement. Wi-Fi is the worst part; it's an engineering college, and it should have free high-speed Wi-Fi, but that doesn't exist.
Faculty: Faculty members at MAIT, like in any other college, vary a lot. In every department, only a handful of people know how to teach; the rest are just there to collect their salaries. The curriculum is fairly outdated; they are teaching in FSD specialization. Really? PHP? Industry readiness is not a thing here; just cram the night before the exam, and you will likely pass.
