Great placements compared to peer colleges and opportunity to learn from industry exposure.

Placements: The placement process generally starts in the seventh semester with major mass recruitment companies like Infosys and Accenture. During out final year, the major recruiters were RBS, Microsoft, Cognizant etc. By the end of seventh semester our whole batch was placed and by the end of the with semester 20% of the people had offers from multiple companies. The highest offer was around 7.5 Lacs and the average was around 4 Lacs.

Good College if your preference is CSE>ECE>IT>EEE.

Placements: Placement in EEE is mostly in mass recruiting companies like Infosys and Accenture. Almost half of the batch get placement from Campus in such companies. 3.25 lac is general CTC offered by IT companies. Don't expect core companies to visit in campus. Others companies which do visit are Mu Sigma, SAP LABS, PAY U, LIBSYS but they are irrelevant if you are from EEE BRANCH so you are going to this college and want to get placement in campus best option is CSE.

Overall a decent experience at MSIT because of good facilities, extra curricular, decent placements.

Placements: The placements were decent for both the batches. Almost 90-95% students were placed. The highest salary was around 10lpa, the lowest was around 1.5lpa and average was 3.5lpa. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Musigma, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, CVENT, Nagarro, Aon Hewitt, SAP LABS, Koeing Solutions and many more visited the campus. Roles were mostly of Associate Software Engineer or Data Scientist. Yes there is a placement cell which is very efficient and useful in getting companies for placements an...

Overall, my experience was wonderful. I am satisfied with the placements and faculty.

Placements: The placements were good at my time. Many of the companies come there with a mindset of recruiting in bulk, especially Infosys and Accenture placing at least 80 percent of students with an average package of 3.5 LPA. They usually hire the software engineer. I heard the best package was 22 LPA. There was a placement cell which was somewhat useful.

Very much satisfied because of faculty, crowd and mostly placements.

Placements: The placements of Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology is very good. It requires a minimum percentage of marks to get placed for jobs, and the main requirement for placements is that you should not have any backlogs in any subject. The placement cell of MSIT works very hard for students. Companies like Infosys, Flipkart and Amazon, come for campus placement. Last year many students got placement in Microsoft as well.

Good college to get in but be smart enough to make maximum.

Placements: T&P of MSIT is one of the best cells among other IPU colleges. You get a good opportunity and good companies like Microsoft, ZS Associates, E&Y, etc., visit the campus for placements/internship if you belong to CSE/IT, but for EEE, don't expect any core companies except the mass recruiters like Infosys and Accenture. Most of the EEE students get placed this way, and the rest by off-campus.

A good college in terms of studies, but with less co-curricular activities.

Placements: The placements in the college are better than average, and you can easily get placed for an average package of 3.5 Lacs if you practice your soft skills and arithmetic maths. For a hard-working student in the technical field, there is a good chance of getting a package of up to 12 Lacs.

The crowd and faculty are awesome.

Placements: Placements are normal like other colleges. The salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. 40% of the students got placed from total 700 students in both evening and morning shifts. During placement, some of the companies like Microsoft come and take some of the students with packages around 1 million per annum.

The best institute of IP University.

Placements: The placements in our college are quite good as compared to other ones. Above 90% students are surely placed in any of the companies. Many companies with great packages visit our institute. The lowest package for a student is 3.5 lacs/annum, and the highest is above 10 LPA. The average is around 4-5 lakhs per annum.

Good placements, awesome teaching staff, and quite a good crowd.

Placements: The placements offered are quite good with almost all of the students getting placed. With companies like Microsoft are visiting and hiring the students and mass recruiters like Infosys and Accenture. The companies like Snapdeal and others give good packages with Microsoft topping the league. A lot of companies visit and with almost all the students getting satisfactory packages at leading MNC's.

Good placements in 2015-16.

Placements: The college has almost 95% placements. The companies like Infosys, Accenture, Microsoft, Mu Sigma, and much more come for the recruitment process. The companies provide about 3-4 lacs packages. You have to push yourself for higher packages. The college will not allow you to sit in other companies if you get placed in one company.

Good placements but poor infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are okay. The companies like Microsoft, Ion, Infosys and Amazon (only for BCA students) come for recruitment. The highest salary offered was 12 lacs per annum, and the lowest packages are around 3 lacs per annum. The jobs like developers, technical analysts and client services are offered, and there is a placement cell in the college and is quite effective in comparison with other IP university colleges. Very few students get an internship from the college. Most of us have to find...

The faculty are dedicated towards teaching.

Placements: More than 90% of the students got placement from on-campus selection in CSE batch of 2017. Most of the students were placed in Accenture and Infosys which are the mass recruiters. Many students got double placements offers. Microsoft has taken 3 students from our college. Other companies like Cvent, Z Associate also visit the college for placements.

A brief and accurate review as a final-year student

Placements: As the college had tried a lot for placements of all students and that resulted in almost 85 percent eligible placed students. Good placements for our seniors but not so good for our batch. The minimun placement was for 3 LPA and the maximum was around 21 LPA.

Great placements and infrastructure, but not a great faculty. It is the best fun place to be.

Placements: The placements make MSIT which is a good place to get your engineering done. It gets lots of IT companies through the placement cell. The companies such as Infosys and Accenture arrive at day1. Later some of the mid-scale companies such as Mu-Sigma, Nagarro, Amazon web services and Microsoft also visited the college. The average packages for the students vary around 3.5 lakhs per annum. Amazon and Microsoft provided the package around 10 LPA.

At last everyone land up somewhere. So don't loose hope. Everyone has something destined for them.

Placements: The placements for electronics and communication was not good. The overall placements were average. Exams such as AMCAT, eLitmus were more helpful in placements. And mostly students ask for the difference between placements for evening and morning shift. The answer is no. All students sit together for placements.

Placements: The work done by the placement cell was commendable. Around 80-85% of the students got placed. Reputed brands like Ericsson, Infosys, HCL, etc. were a part of the recruitment. The lowest average package offered was 3.25 lacs per annum. Internships are not the focus area of the college.
