MGMCET for Biomedical Engineering.
Placements: Students having above 7 Cgpa get placed in my course. The highest package offered is 20 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies mostly consist of Software companies. Usually, the students get placed as Junior Engineers, but the top role offered was that of Senior Engineer in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is good. The college has one hostel and 3 canteens in total. The classrooms of my department are not so good, but the IT department has very good classrooms and labs. Faculty of my department is better than that of any other branch in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are super friendly and helpful. They are quite knowledgeable and teach us in the most efficient ways so we can grasp the topics easily. Course curriculum is very relevant for day to day applications in my course. Semester exams are very hard and tough.

I am happy that I was a part of Biomedical department from MGMCET because of my experienced faculty.
Placements: Placements was average. My batch got placed in Tata Elxsi, Maestros, Excellence and various other startups. The highest package for my batch was 3lpa. Senior batch had a better placements as compared to us. They has job offers from Phillips, GE, Infosys and various other biomedical startup companies.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped with all the basic amenities. Classrooms have good sitting arrangements and well lit. The best part was the stadium sized playing ground where majority of college fest and events used to take place. Canteen food is normal and worth the amount it is charged. As I was a localites, I had never got a chance to visit hostel. Although majority of my classmates stayed in private rooms as there were limited hostel rooms.
Faculty: Faculty of biomedical department is the asset for the college. The efforts the put for every lecture eased us to score good scores without joining any classes. Their ready to help nature and regular mock tests helped us to stay at ease during actual semester exams.

Good curriculum and faculty but the management is not good.
Placements: The placements were not very good for our batch. Same was for our senior's batch. Hardly 25% of the total students were placed from our batch. The highest package offered was of 4 L per annum and the lowest package offered was 2.5 L per annum. Companies like Tata Elexis, Portea, Excellence, etc. visited the campus for our department. Basically, the roles offered to the students were based on sales and services. Nobody got an internship from the college, we had to look for internship ourselves. There is a placement cell but it is less efficient.
Infrastructure: Spacious classrooms and labs. The library is a good source of books required for academic use. Large college ground which can be used during sports meet. Restricted use of lab resources for curriculum practicals purpose only, labs are also not updated with recent resources in terms of software. No Wi-Fi facility. Internet facility is also restricted to be used in specific labs only. The college canteen is good offering a limited variety of food. No idea about hostel rooms. During my tenure at the college, the washroom facility was pathetic. No other infrastructure issue.
Faculty: The teachers, as well as the non-teaching staff from our department, were extremely helpful. But the office people and staff related to office work are not so helpful. The teachers were highly qualified and knowledgeable, therefore there teaching quality was also good. Classroom teaching method was followed. The drawback was the teaching was mostly theoretical based and less practical. 1 teacher to 50 students was the ratio. We had hospital visit to see the use of few medical diagnostic devices like MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy, etc.
