The review of an underrated college, NIT Jamshedpur.

Placements: In 2022 Batch, 87 students got an average package of INR 16 LPA. The highest offered CTC was INR 44 Lacs per annum with a median of INR 11 lpa. Top recruiters are Amazon, Oracle, Byjus, Atlassian and many more. A total of ninety five percent students got a decent package.

My overall experience is good and satisfying looking at the placements of.

Placements: The placement percentage in electrical engineering for year 2022 was 94.6%, while most students from EE were placed in IT companies, while few (8-10) were placed in core companies. The average for the year 2022 was 16lpa (appx) while median was close toh 11lpa. Top recruiting companies include Atlassian, microsoft, amazon, tata steels, adani group, samsung etc. The different roles include software engineer, data Science, data analyst, business analyst etc.

It is a good institute to build a career. It has a good campus life and average infrastructure.

Placements: NIT Jamshedpur is known for its good placement statistics. In the electrical engineering department, about 90%–95% of students are placed with good salary packages every year. The average salary package offered is 15.20 LPA, the highest is 46 LPA, and the lowest is about 5 LPA-6 LPA. Placements: If you are coming only for placement, then you are at one of the best places. The placement percentage stands at 97% this year with an amazing average CTC of 14.72 Lacs. Placements: In our college, almost 92% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. Great placements for all the branches as compared to other NITs.

Placements: In ECE, maximum placements occur for sde roles. A few students are preparing for core field. Not many students get internship, even in software development field. The placement for fourth years is very good for ECE. More no of students in ECE have been placed as compared to CSE up till now.

Satisfied with the college and placement rate.

Placements: One of the best things about this college is its placement. I chose this college because of its placement rate. Placement rate is high even for the lower branches. Placement rate was 98% for 2020 and for this year it is 88%.

Placements: NIT Jamshedpur has an excellent placement record. This year, the highest package offered was 72.5 LPA by Goldman Sachs to an ECE student. A Decent One like one will finally not regret opting this college for sure.

Placements: Placement is the only thing that attracts most of the students to NIT JSR. Like this year, in civil engineering department, 91% of the students were placed, like it's too much for a branch like civil, that one cannot believe. Placements: From the sixth semester, students become eligible for came-up placement. The highest package is 40 Lacs. Our placement record in the civil branch is also 90%.
