NIT KKR: The worst nightmare

Placements: Although placements are usually good, many companies only occasionally offer 4 LPA due to the non-profit nature of the industry. Only 64% of the students placed here last year received a placement, and the highest package goes up to 40 LPA, which is not good, and the lowest is only 3.2 LPA. Annually, fewer companies arrive and provide fewer services.

Curriculum is not that good. Placements are fine.

Placements: Placements are average here. Internship scenerio is not good as heard from seniors. Last year from our branch 89% of students got place. Median package was 8 LPA And average package was also around 8 LPA, and the highest package was 16 LPA. I don't know about the job roles but every student has two options weather he want to pursue career in core field or non core field.

Overall, the college is good, if we ignore the hostel facilities.

Placements: Placements are good here but they are declining year by year. Not that many companies are coming and the highest packages were also off campus. The highest package last year was 1.25 crores but this year it has been reduced to 65 LPA. In my course, almost 90 percent of eligible students were placed.

My views are very good about NIT Kurukshetra and proudful to get this.

Placements: 50% of students in my course are placed in 2022. The highest package is 40 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 7.40 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Birla Group, Vedanta, TCS, PhonePe, Paytm, and L&T. Intern companies are NHAI, DRDO, NBCC, and Vedanta.

Awesome placements, lush green campus and fun college life.

Placements: The percentage of students placed is different in different branches. Like in CS/IT is 90%, in civil it is 25%, respectively other branches too. The highest package is 64lac this year by a CS branch student oncampus and 1.25 crores by ECE student offcampus. The lowest package is 6-7 lac per annum. Top companies are microsoft, amazon, etc. The top roles are of Software engineer and web developed.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty in my first year.

Placements: According to academic session 2021–22 data available on the official website of NIT KKR, 100% of placements were in computer engineering courses, with the lowest package of INR 6 lacs, the highest package of INR 47 Lacs, and the average package of INR 19 Lacs. The top recruiters for our college are Amazon, Adobe, Ola, Uber, etc. About 70% of students got internships in various companies, including Zomato, Pregrad, Aditya Birla, etc.

Partially satisfied by faculty.

Placements: About 60%of eligible students are placed. The highest package was around 15lakh, the lowest was 5 Lacs and average was 6 Lacs. Reliance industries, Land, etc. Are top recruiting companies. About 90-95 % students got internship in these company. Do not have idea about it.

Our college provides great placements, but we can't expect much from campus life.

Placements: Placements here are quite good. You may have to try off-campus placements. The highest off-campus salary package offered in 2022 was 1.25 CPA. The highest on-campus salary package offered in 2022 was 47 LPA. The overall median was 10.92 LPA. The average placement in the mechanical branch was 8.72 LPA.

Had expectations which have been shattered, neither the infrastructure is good not the faculty.

Placements: Placement record for KUK has been average. The placement in Tech companies in good like 70+80% students get placed but only 1 or 2 get considerable packages. In core branches placement drops to 50%. Many good companies like Google Microsoft and BPCL are the top recruiters. The highest packages in tech companies is around 50lakh (for a lucky 1 or 2 student) and rest are placed for avg 12 LPA. In core branches maximum package is around 21 LPA ( also for 1 or 2 lucky student) rest are packed at aro...

I am not satisfied with our college because it is small.

Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. The average salary package is less for core branches. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered 4 LPA. Many students got placed in the IT sector. Many students get placed in core companies.

You can get admitted to this college if you don't have better options.

Placements: The final year batch of our branch placement was 97% and the average package was around 7-8 LPA and of other branches is also around 8 LPA. But for CS, IT, and ECE, it's more than 10 and the average package is also decent about 11 LPA. So placement is very much decent here.

Placements: Placement committee provides students to get placed. Computer science and IT branches have 100% placement. Students also prepare for the GATE exam.

I am dissatisfied because of strict faculty, and bad placement in core branches.

Placements: Placement situations for core branches like mechanical are pretty bad. The highest salary package for mechanical this year is 35 LPA, but this is for a tech company. If you want a good placement then try to do coding, study web development, data structure and algorithms.

Placements: About 10-12 students from our course got placed out of about 46 students. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. It has it's pros and cons but pros outweigh the cons.

Placements: As per the placements, only around 60-70% students were placed. Placements were not good this year may be due recession in the automobile sector. The highest, the lowest and the average package were around 10, 4.5 and 5.5 respectively. The top companies visiting the campus were Hero, Bajaj and others. Most of the eligible students got internships.

The review of NIT Kurukshetra - National Institute of Technology (NITKKR).

Placements: The overall placements of the batch are decent. Placements are the best for CS and IT branches followed by electronics and the rest of the branches. Placements completely depend on your knowledge and skill. One can also witness cross branch hiring here. Even a few finance companies visit the campus for placements.
