NIT Warangal Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Our campus is great, and our placement is also very good. Last year, the highest package was 64 lacs per annum, and it was earned by a student from the electrical and electronics engineering branch. Many reputed companies such as Microsoft and Apple recruit from our campus.

Placements: The placement history of NITW is very good; 80 percent of the B.Tech students get placed. The highest package as of 2024 is 88 LPA, the average package is around 15 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA per annum. Companies like Microsoft, Uber, Google, and many product-based companies also visit NITW during the placement season. Roles offered are Analyst, SDE, SWE, GET, and GMT.

Placements: Placements are quite good at college and vary according to branch, which is quite obvious. In CSE, it's just 3 months and almost 98% got placed and 70-80% for ECE and EEE. After this, chemical engineering and mechanical engineering have quite impressive placement, followed by civil engineering and biotech. Also, we have minor courses that allow different branch students to get a chance to sit for CSE and ECE and mathematics and computing companies. (Not much but yes, companies are allowing.).

Placements: A good number of students got internship at big tech companies. The highest package was 2.2 Lacs per month. Top companies are Bajaj, ITC. Around 6% of my class got internship at LinkedIn, Bajaj, ITC. SDE and Management roles are offered for those who got internships.

Placements: 87.21% students were placed in my course from last batch. 89.83% students overall (including core and non-core placements from our branch) were placed. 34 LPA is the highest package, 4.5 LPA is the lowest, 12.54 LPA is the average, and the median is 11.88 LPA. ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, ITC, etc. are the top recruiters. The top roles are offered in Product Management.

Placements: The percentage of students placed is around 80-90 percent. The highest package recorded in my course was 50-60 LPA and the average package is 15 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Nvidia, Oracle, etc. The percentage of students who got internships is also around 80 to 90 percent. The top roles offered are software engineers, hardware engineers, and electronics engineers.

Placements: 90 percent of students are placed in courses. The highest package is 88 LPA. And the lowest is around 7 LPA. Microsoft, Nokia, Qualcomm, etc. are the top recruiters. Internships are low because of the backlog of students. 35 percent of students got internships. Top roles offered are managers.

Placements: I am a B.Tech student at NIT Warangal. Our batch size is almost 140 students. The highest package was 65 LPA and the lowest was around 4 LPA. Almost 85 percent students get placed. Top companies coming for recruitment are Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, QUALCOMM, Oracle, etc. All types of roles, such as SDE roles and core jobs, are offered.

Placements: I am from the 2023-2027 batch of the civil engineering course at NIT Warangal. Many companies, such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Infosys, recruit here. The percentage of students who secure internships varies each year but typically ranges from 60 to 80%. The top roles offered in our course are structural, project, site engineer, construction manager, etc.

Placements: I have chosen civil engineering at NIT Warangal in 2024. In this course, the highest package offered is 30 LPA, the lowest package offered is 6 LPA and the average package offered is 13 LPA. Many companies often visit this institute during placements. We get internships from B.Tech 2nd year onwards and from B.Tech 3rd year we get internships for 1 year to study in different institutes such as IIT Hyderabad and get job opportunities there itself and explore more.

Placements: Our institute, NIT Warangal, has had a placement percentage of above 95% consistently for the past few years. The highest package was 88 LPA, and the average package for my branch was 28 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm, etc. Our branch offers jobs related to core engineering.

Placements: About 85-90% of total students are placed in various companies. As per my knowledge in my college and in my specialization branch, the highest package is about 52 Lacs, average package is about 21 Lacs, and the minimum package is about 6 Lacs. Almost all students get internships.

The highest package was from ECE being 88 Lacs, and from our branch was around 50 LPA. Recruiting companies include Google, Microsoft, Wipro, and so on. Students get good internships from good companies.

Placements: The highest package per annum was of about 80 Lacs this year; the average package is near about 8 Lacs, and the lowest package is near about 5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies for the course are ITC, Oracle, and many more. About 50% students got internships in ITC, SAMSUNG, PHONEPE, etc. Roles offered are depending upon the company but mostly the roles are of a data analyst.

Placements: I am studying CSE at NITW, and in the year 2023, about 90% of students in our branch got placed. We got a highest package of 66 LPA, an average of 29 LPA, and a median package of 25 LPA. Our top companies include Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Uber, Salesforce, and DE Shaw.

Placements: Placements were good till last year in my course. Now they have reduced. The average package this year has even reduced. Placements this year are not good. The highest package was from ECE being 88 Lacs, and from our branch was around 50 LPA. Recruiting companies include Google, Microsoft, Wipro, and so on. Placements: In biotechnology, last year, 30 out of 59 students were placed, with a maximum 30 LPA package and a median of 15 LPA. There are not many core companies for biotechnology like Biotechnika, so people get placements in non-core fields like software, data analysis, and data scientist-like fields.

Placements: Mechanical engineering is one of the top branches of engineering. Around 85 per cent of students from this specific branch got placed in different core and non-core companies. Some preferred government jobs over campus placements. The best company in the core domain visited here was Caterpillar. Around 90 per cent of people got internships during their third and fourth year.

Placements: In the biotechnology specialization, placement is sufficient compared to other colleges for the same branch. Placement percentages are around 70 percent, with an average package of around 14 lacs per year. In this course, many people prefer to do higher studies, such as M.Tech and Ph.D.
