Satisfied with the college, but little unsatisfactory related to placements.

Placements: Placements are really poor for biotechnology. There are very few people placed in biotechnology core through campus. While if you want to jump to IT or management it's really nice to go ahead. Companies like amazon come for all branches with a really good package.

Infrastructure: Hostel is really good, but bit expensive. There is Wi-Fi facility, housekeeping facility, hot water, 4 times food and clean rooms with attached bathrooms. Mess is also clean with good food. There is a common study room also. The rooms are big and spacious.

Faculty: Yes, the faculty members are really helpful. The teachers are knowledgeable and help us whenever we are asked. The subjects in the curriculum are really interesting and relevant for the jobs. The labs are well-equipped with instruments and the library is really big.

Other: Fests are really cool and there is a lot of importance given to extracurricular activities as well.

Ramaiah is good for everything.

Placements: Wonderful placements are offered to the students in the campus. Majority of the companies which are ready to hire the freshers will visit our college for the student recruitment. Most of them get placed because one or the other banners are displayed on the campus daily regarding the jobs. Internships are provided by the industries so that we can get industrial exposure.

Infrastructure: Ramaiah group are mainly known as builders. There will always be one, or the other infrastructural work has been undergoing daily. Either it would be new work or renovation. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and separate access has been given to each of the MAC numbers of the laptop so that the router is not overloaded. The hostel rooms are good, and the food is good. But there is no non-veg available in the engineering canteens and mess.

Faculty: The faculty members are much interested in the student's career, and they support all the ways. They even encourage the extracurricular and co-curricular activities. They have good knowledge and can be accessible by anyone in any way. The student-faculty ratio is about 45:1 according to last year data in our department.

RIT provides you the open atmosphere to grow yourself.

Placements: Senior batch got 100% placements in different outstanding companies. The highest package is about 12 lpa and the lowest is about 3 lpa. The average package offered by the companies is about 4.5 lpa. Many chemical, biotechnical companies visited for placements which are core for our department. During our course itself, we had undergone internship in industries.

Infrastructure: Our college is well equipped and has a well-maintained infrastructure college. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled for both the students' and the staff's access. Classrooms are good. Digital library and e-books are available in e-string for the readers. Sportsmen are trained well and the training is helpful for career.

Faculty: The faculty members are well talented and knowledgable persons. They provide a free atmosphere for students to feel free inside the campus and to clear their doubts in any aspect. Students are maintained under a proctorial system that each 10-12 set of students are monitored by a single faculty member throughout our course, so that we can be free to approach them.
