The gurukul in Purulia.
Placements: More than 75% students get placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the average package is 4LPA. Cognizant is the top recruiter. Recruiting companies come from both IT, and core field. They recruit interns, Junior engineer, and Associate software engineer.
Infrastructure: Hostel is available only for third and fourth year boys. For girls, the hostel is available from first year. The food quality is good.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. The quality of teaching is decent enough. The Electronics and Communication department is the best department in the college. Passing percentage is more than 4 CGPA. The semester exam is conducted by MAKAUT.

Good faculty members and average placements but the worst transport facility.
Placements: The placements are good, but not the best. In West Bengal, placements are above average in all the colleges, and our college is also the same. Mainly Bangalore & Pune based companies are coming for the placements. The salary offered to join is an average of 2.10 LPA, but West Bengal based companies are giving around 1.75 LPA.
Infrastructure: It is a government college, so infrastructure is above average. The labs & library are beautiful. The canteen is not good. The classrooms are also big & healthy atmosphere can be seen. The temperature in Purulia in summer is too hot, so the classrooms & hostels need AC, and there is no AC in the canteen also.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and well-experienced. They always help us in every condition. Some industry visits are also done. The teaching quality is also very good, but the number of faculty members should be increased. Classroom teaching & outings are also done. The teachings are good.
Other: The campus surroundings are not good as it situated in the rural area. Yearly, a fest is organised. The main problem is transport and food facility.
