* Placement: The college has a 100% placement record, with packages ranging from INR2.5 Lacs to INR8 Lacs per annum. Top recruiters include ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Byju's, Xtramarks, Future General Life Insurance, Allembic, Vasista, and others.
* Facilities: The college provides all necessary facilities, such as Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, libraries, advanced laboratories, and hostel amenities, including AC and Wi-Fi connectivity.
* Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, well-behaved, and industry-experienced, making students industry-ready with plenty of curriculum activities.
* Curriculum: The course curriculum is relevant to industry requirements, with emphasis on practical skills and application-oriented learning.

Some areas where improvement could be made:

* Food quality: While some reviewers praised the canteen food, others found it unpalatable.
* Infrastructure: Although most respondents appreciated the overall infrastructure, a few mentioned issues with slow Wi-Fi and limited recreational facilities.

Overall, considering the strong track record of placements, faculty expertise, and industry-focused curriculum, Regional College of Management seems like a good choice for those seeking a PGDM/MBA degree. However, students may want to weigh factors like food quality and infrastructure when deciding whether this college aligns with their expectations.

Rating: Based on the aggregated data, we'd give Regional College of Management an overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

A:
{Source: MBA/PGDM students & alumni}

Placement Cell Success Rate at Regional College of Management

Unfortunately, the information provided does not mention anything about the success rate of the placement cell in securing jobs for MBA/PGDM students at Regional College of Management. None of the students' reviews mentioned any details regarding placements, internships, or job opportunities.

However, it's worth noting that some students praised their professors, saying they were "helpful" and "more qualified and knowledgeable." This suggests that the academic environment may be strong, but without concrete data on placements, we cannot determine the effectiveness of the placement cell.

Conclusion
While the college has many strengths, such as experienced faculty and good infrastructure, the lack of information on the placement cell makes it difficult to assess its performance in securing jobs for MBA/PGDM students. Further investigation would be necessary to gather this information.

Not upto the expectations.
Placements: About eighty percent of students were placed in our course, the highest package offered was eight Lacs to the lowest being four Lacs. As per the last year, top recruiting companies include flipkart, deloitte etc. Almost ninety percent of students secure internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, including all the basic facilities. The classrooms are not huge, but can accomodate forty to fifty students. Wi-fi is more of an issue as it is not provided for the students and only available near offices. Also, wi-fi is not provided for the hostellers. Labs and library are also moderate.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and they try to be helpful. The teaching quality is not very high or upto expectations. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what they are saying due to poor pronunciations. The difficulty level of the exams depend on the extent of the student's preparations.

I am not satisfied with this college.
Placements: This college does not provide proper placements and proper education.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were good. The college library was good. Girls' hostel was good and well-maintained. In the hostel, a washing machine was available for students.
Faculty: Faculty members were good, friendly, and well-qualified. Their behavior was good. They were always available to help students. All faculty members were energetic.
Other: I like the college because of its extracurricular activities. I am not satisfied with the college because they do not provide placements.

Overall good college, if you want only degree and if you are expecting internships then it's not.
Placements: Since I am a online student who didn't went to college yet, I can say it is better at placements but not best. Around 40 percent got internship Top part is it is in roadside with good site.
Infrastructure: Good. Food is better but they use to make it a little sweet in every dish. They have Wi-Fi facilities. Hostel is good too. But it could be better.
Faculty: Teacher's are good, and student friendly, teaching methods are also good. And when it comes to exams, these are a little tough.
Other: Faculty selection for each topics is not so good, I mean a professional teacher is someone who can teach every topic flawlessly, whereas in our college a teacher is not best in his teaching. Events they do organise, like seminars and all.

It is a good management choice for students future.
Placements: About 80% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary of Rs. 25,000 per month is offered, and the lowest salary of Rs. 12,000 per month is offered. The average salary offered is 15,000 per month in our course. Many companies visited here to recruit students. About 70% of students got internships in good companies. This course has a better future ahead.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities like good labs with every instrument and well-qualified teachers to teach us. The library provides good books. Wi-Fi is available, but the password is not provided to us until now. I'm a day scholar, so I don't know about the hostel properly. But the food served in our college is very bad. Medical facilities are very good, and there are good sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified in their own fields. Their teaching quality is very good, and we can easily remember and understand their teaching. They are highly educated and prepare students with good ways to face problems and solve them in industries. Semester exams were a little bit hard to pass. Students can easily pass them by studying one week before.
Other: This course has a good future for students, and they prepare us for how to face problems in industrial places. The best thing about our course is the teachers are very helpful and understanding. I wish our college should improve the machine quantity.

It is a lovely college, and students can fulfil all their wishes.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. Top recruiters for our course are HDFC Life, Jabong, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Kajaria, etc. Top roles offered in our course are salesman and area manager. I don't know about the salary package offered in our course. About 30% of the students got internships, and companies like Reliance and Nalco offer internships here.
Infrastructure: All types of facilities like 24x7 Wi-Fi, a huge computer lab, a huge library and a badminton playground are available here. Our college has a hostel, but there is no canteen. So, you have to manage yourself by eating outside. Our hostel structure is very good and is sprawled over 4 floors. There are like 300 students in our boy's hostel, and there is also a girls hostel in front of the boy's hostel. Outside the college, there is also another hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, and our HOD Nitu mam is very good. All faculty members are very much qualified. Our course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this college because it is near my home. I suggest that our college should improve placements. All extracurricular activities like fest, freshers, etc., are conducted here.
